We visited this restaurant on Saturday 7th December around 3.30pm. We came as a family of four with 2 young children, we had just found out that our flight back to the UK that day had been cancelled. I would just like to say that the two ladies who served us were amazing! We were very stressed trying to sort out accommodation for the night and they were very helpful offering advise on places to stay, they brought paper and pens for my daughter and came back to see if we were OK,...
After a day of walking through the city, we needed a place to sit and eat a full meal. We sat at the bar where we met Kaitlin, an amazingly charming and funny bartender who took the best care of us. She recommended items, kept our glasses full, and made sure we felt welcome. The food was unreal— best bangers and mash outside Ireland, and prices that made sense for the time and place. My wife and I came here for drinks during happy hour on our recent trip to NYC. The location was good and the atmosphere was great too. The only slight negatives were that the normal prices for draft beers were not advertised on the menu, so if you ordered something not included in happy hour you wouldn’t know how much it costs until you get the bill.
