I always went to el vez burrito bar for lunch at work and would get sad when I needed it for a dinner and it was not open. Only just learned that dinner option for the burritos is available still under this name! Ordered via grub hub and picked up. Probably the best delivery food packaging I’ve ever had and burritos taste just as good as if ordered in person.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS burritos.Did some research before ordering on Grubhub. The chef is well regarded from another restaurant. Absolutely did not disappoint. Breakfast burrito was jammin’, chicken burrito and burrito bowl- all fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, executed. Also came so quickly and the packaging was on point.Highly recommend and will definitely be reordering… maybe tomorrow.

As someone born and raised in the American Southwest, New Mexico to be exact, I consider myself a bit of a burrito snob. Jackass burrito was a delightful surprise. I've become used to the mediocre flour tortilla "wraps" passed off as burritos in NYC. Jackass burritos are the real deal. The all day breakfast burrito with chorizo is comparable to a similar burrito you'd grab in NM. One of the best burritos I've eaten in the city.

Am I a Jackass for ordering jack ass burrito? Maybe, probably. The burrito bowl was a big pile of tepid mushy bread tortilla chips were so salty. I don't know? I was a catastrophic mess. No distinct flavors. Maybe for deliveries Jackass should consider getting some sort of bento box system like they have for the salads at Le District. Don't believe the hype . I miss Mexcicanna Momma- That chef was amazing. If I want garbage I just should have gotten Chipotle.

Jackass Burrito is a Stephen Starr venture that's operating out of the El Vez kitchen (delivery only). The burritos are tasty and huge (my boyfriend and I usually share one) and the guac is also solid. Recently had a Mission Style burrito; no complaints.
