Worst experience with the Hot Mocha

After being outside for a couple of hours, I decided to warm up w/ a Farmer Dan. It's super strong, being an Americano w/ two triple ristretto shots. I had to temper its intensity w/ milk, sugar, & stevia. Great beverage!
I order a cappuccino that had no foam, very watery not even like a Latte should be. Baristas don't know where the coffee is from. Cinnamon don't was very good. Pistacho Croissant very dry. Service ok.

I have always taken my chocolate from here but this last time I didn't like the person who prepared it because he doesn't feel like working and has a very bad melody.

ordered two hot cocoas for over $10. waited 20 minutes. after tasting both, realized they tasted like nothing and went back and asked for more cocoa powder to be added. only one short guy with tattoos and glasses was working on the drinks. i asked the african american guy at the register and he said it would be a wait, pointed to his coworker, and said to ask him to do something about it. waiting another 20-30 minutes for cocoa powder to be added is a total waste of time. no idea why the guy at the register could not help with such a simple request. obviously, i would not recommend coming back.
