Incredible place. An oasis in midtown for a refined cocktail in an intimate space.

I don’t mind paying $25+ for a cocktail as a treat but the server reminded us 8+ times they are closing/closed. We were not trying to keep the staff but in comparison she reminded the table with an older couple once. Just keep the same energy for all guests.

Horrible customer service.
When they are inside the lowell hotel i expect the at least standard customer service.
We arrived around 3:30pm today,
Sat there, placed order for 2 set of tea and food.
4:05 sundown, we have asked if they could follow up with the drink at least, when our table had absolutely NO table sitting, but all other tables arrived after us were served with food and drinks, they told us the drink is on the way, i mean how difficult to prepare tea for more than 30 mins, and we sat right next to the register, not like we were in a hidden area that servers couldn't see us.
Then after the manager found out that we were still waiting for our tea, he did ask if we need water for the table, we said no since we expect in 40 mins we could have the amazing tea coming to our table at least. We waited for another 20 mins, there's no drinks no food served at all. When we were telling the server we were leaving because there's absolutely no service no drinks and no foods during our visit, she just told us OK, not even once trying to apologize how they treated their customers.

I have never been treated like this as a customer in my very own neighborhood.

Lovely. Elegant. Peaceful. located just off the lobby inside the Lowell hotel on 63rd UES. This was the perfect place after a very busy and loud weekend for a quiet drink with dear friends….old world charm.

A classy and intimate bar which fills up very fast, we were lucky to walk in get a table on a early Saturday night. I wish they had some mellow music in the background.
The cocktails are very good, my favorite is Moroccan Orange with mezcal. I wish they had a selection of mocktails on the menu like Bemelman's bar in Carlyle does. The crabcakes came in 3 small patties and was a perfect dish to share, the cheese board features 5 cheeses (a bit too small) and apple crumble was a great to end our evening with mint tea served in a beautiful teapot.
Plenty of regulars here and people are mostly elegantly dressed.

Perfect little spot for a drink. Classy, mellow, high level of service. Burger was excellent. Photos would have killed the vibes.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Intimate ambiance and probably the best espresso martini I’ve had in years

Jacques' Bar in the Lowell Hotel lounge is tiny, but perfect for a afternoon date. You can order the full menu, but I would advise against having sensitive conversations since the table proximity is non-existent. Exquisite cocktails but expect price points of restaurants located in one of Manhattan's wealthiest zip codes ($25+ per drink).

Ambience is superb! Quality of service justifies prices. Came in to unwind with my gf for my bday. We shared meaningful conversation while not feeling forgotten by our server👌🏽
