Had an incredible date experience here with my gf. The pace is comforting. We were there for around 3 hours and the food came out at the perfect pace. Our server was informative and personable when it came to picking wine and deserts. If you're used to nyc fast dining then this place is going to feel slow to you. But if your looking for a nice ralaxing dinner with timeless ambiance then this should be at the top of your list. My gf and I have already talked about going back to try their lunch menu. Jacques is our neighborhood go-to. The food is always delicious. Especially enjoyed the beautifully prepared Branzino and the comforting and yummy chicken dinner on this very cold NYC night.

I always have a wonderful experience at Jacques Brasserie! The ambiance is very warm and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The food is incredible - especially the pappardelle and crème brûlée!
A special shoutout to Sy, whose service is exceptional! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had the best dining experience. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic meal on the Upper East Side!

We had a fantastic dining experience thanks to our server, Edgar! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Edgar was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right moments. He had excellent menu suggestions, and his knowledge of each dish really impressed us. Our food was timed perfectly, and his warm and friendly attitude made the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Edgar – he truly made our night special!

I came at 2:30 PM on Tuesday wearing a cotton Hanes t-shirt and Alo yoga pants with filthy Lululemon sneakers. My service by the manager and waiter was so topnotch. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, but the chocolate soufflé was magical! I stayed here past closing, but they did not rush me and still let me order dessert.
