I've been ordering from Jade Garden for years and they're great! I always get the egg drop and chicken/corn soups, sometimes a spring role. They are very friendly, fast, and delivery doesn't take too long.
The food is delicious, the delivery isn't too slow nor fast. My favorite chinese food spot in all of washington heights!!

DISCLAIMER: this is based on the most recent experience and thus the 1 star, but just did rate food and atmosphere on past orders.I have ordered here many times before but tonight I am very disappointed by the fact that I placed an ordered and was told it would be here in 30 minutes and 90 minutes nothing has shown up. I did not get a phone call or voicemail, nor did I get the food.I will express this is the first time this has happened but it is quite the shock and shows a bit at how they think of their customers.
