Jade Sushi Steak & Bar

I was there tonight for dinner. Service was horrible! Only one person serving and also making drinks! Then she disappeared… when she finally returned i asked for the bill which i handed back to her with my card. She leaves and returns to inform me the machine isn’t working ??‍♀️ then she proceeds to tell me to use the atm they have in the back of the restaurant to take out cash!!! $3.99 atm service fee plus bank atm charge!!! Unacceptable they should inform their customers is cash only! This is not the first time this has happened. #NOTAHAPPYCUSTOMER

Such a shame to have good food paired with poor service. This was a first and last visit for me based solely on my experience with their customer service.

We were the only people dining in the restaurant and took a seat of our choice. We ate and drank with no complaints until we asked for the check and only then were we told they were accepting cash only for a $91 bill.

I don’t usually carry cash in the city and if I do it’s not enough to cover a dinner bill with drinks. I found this to be shady and unethical since there is no sign posted (legally required) and it was not communicated at the start of our dinner.

Do what you want with your cash under the table but don’t inconvenience your customers by not clearly communicating upfront. Waiting until after they have eaten is a set up. Then you offer a fee based ATM at the back of your restaurant. I walked to my bank to make a point and left exact change.

I would recommend better business practices if you hope to fill the restaurant with repeat guests.

This is ridiculous. Literally paid for 3 drinks at another spot $52. They charged this for two “drinks.” Including tip that the girl did not deserve. No service whatsoever!!!! And correction she did not use juice for the drink, she used syrup which tasted disgusting!!!!

Food not good the place is ok servers are good mimosas bad taste also they gave me a plate that it’s was chip

I order the Amsterdam roll n they charged me $28 n even give me the wrong sushi never again

This place isn’t it. Over charged, didn’t get what was ordered…first and last time there. Good way to lose repeat customers who can spend big money. Oh well. Not my loss.

Best Sushi in NYC ! Good drinks and ambience!! Shout out to the best bartender ever "La Beba"?

Quite a nice place, the wall paintings are great wi5h dragons, and lady's wearing kimono. The food was great for my taste.

Kid-friendliness: There's a kid menu available. Also highchairs for toddlers

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a small ramp at the door to make it easier for those in a wheelchair
