Didn’t really care for this spot being in the train station but this is NYC and Jamba Juice spots have been becoming extinct over the years so I couldn’t be too picky. Service was alright no complaints. Overall the atmosphere didn’t affect how good their smoothies still are to me.

Trashy customer service. Trashy app. How are you gonna let a lot of people use your promo code, order online, PAY, and NOT allow us to get what we ordered? Outrageous! Not even a refund! You took our money within seconds and you want all of us to go through a long process just to get our money back? Are we even going to get it? We are NOT paying for charity! If we calculate the total amount of the people whose orders you’ve canceled and did NOT refund, including my friends & I, this branch just earned a profit without even providing the smoothies!

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received! I walked 30 minutes (pregnant and all) for 2 to-go orders that I paid for online, all to be turned away when I arrived. They stated that I had to repay and be refunded online because their systems were down (they were not) even though I had the receipts for each completed order.This location is NOT clean, NOT friendly and does NOT honor to go orders. In fact, they did not even refund me and would not do anything about the situation. Now I am two Jamba Juices under. I would not order anything here (especially ahead of time) as they are clearly unreliable, dishonest and a huge waste of time.

Do not recommend. I ordered a drink via official Jamba Juice App. I tunneled throughout Rockafeller center as it was quite hidden. After finally finding Jamba tucked away in the corner next to the BDFM trains, the manager (believe his name was Doug) tells us he's not accepting mobile orders and they have all been cancelled.There were a group of confused and angry patrons with the same issue. Another patron witnessed Doug going to the order screen and cancelling the order himself. Not to mention they far from being busy as they had no other orders / customers.Cancellation email was never sent and I was not refunded.

A little shop tucked away in the train station under the Rock. This is probably the worst Jamba Juice location I’ve ever been to. Came with an online order and the worker claimed they don’t get online orders at this location. Sketchy at best but more than anything extremely inconvenient. No smoothie is worth this. Go somewhere
Went here during a day trip to NYC. I got the mango smoothie and it was so good!! I wish there was something like this in CT. The employee was really nice!
