I ordered a juice that came with milk. I specifically asked for and paid extra for almond milk. They absolutely gave me whole milk. I knew from the first sip and so did my stomach. Pay attention to ppl when making their drinks. Do not play with a persons allergies!

I get their ginger & greens smoothie frequently, it leaves me so refreshed. The medium size is pretty filling, a lil on the pricy side but def worth it. If you are looking for alternative to junk food this place is a great option.

I asked for 2 strawberry banana smoothies you could not taste any banana taste more like peach drink than strawberry banana but luckily we was on the train already so we couldn't even return it back for our money back I'm very disappointed because I love Jamba juice but the one in New York Penn station they do not know how to make a smoothie. Not only that the prices are already expensive.

Lulu has an attitude problem. Been coming here every other morning before working. Never had a problem with anyone there. Everybody is chill. Hope I don’t have to see him next time I order.
It was my first time checking out this location post Covid. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was using the app for the first time. I got a medium drink but it looked very large. It was still refreshing.

***RUDE AND INCOMPETENT***I ordered a chunky strawberry topper and ordered 2 scoops of extra peanut butter.I didn’t get ANY peanut butter. Not even the peanut butter that’s already supposed to be in the recipe.What I actually got was extra attitude.Suggestion - Drop the attitude and actually follow the recipe and instructions.
