The joint is spacious and the atmosphere was great! The staff were quick and attentive. A bit steep on the pricing but it’s NYC, so I was prepared. The ingredients were mostly fresh, but overall could be better (at least the vegetarian options which is what we had mostly; sourdough was a bit chewy, frittata was dry). French toast was incredible!! Would certainly give it another try (probably for lunch or dinner, over brunch). Highly recommend!

For a James beard winner we expected more. Food is ok, nothing blew us away. Service just ok. Wild mushroom frittata a total loser- over salted dry omelette with few mushrooms. Manager was wonderful when we said it

Came for brunch on a Sunday and was greeted by a really lovely atmosphere and such kind staff. Sam was our server and she was so kind and attentive! She also gave great recommendations (I had the french toast and bellini!) The food was really fresh, and well-prepared! My french toast was so decadent, the lemon curd and homemade whipped cream was incredible. I love anything made with vanilla bean, and this whipped cream was some of the best I’ve tried in a while. I’ll definitely be back!

High quality food with high quality service, this was an amazing establishment with a great atmosphere and a beautiful greenery type of aesthetic. After a long summer day in New York, this restaurant gave us an escape from the noise and heat of New York City and offered a classy lunch with some of the best service we experienced in the big apple. 10/10 experience.

All I can say is that I was expecting a pleasant afternoon birthday lunch with one of my closest friends. I love trying new restaurants, but I was honestly disappointed with the service and the food. The hummus was cold, and they gave me the wrong order of food. I didn’t want to be that person to complain, but the service was extremely slow.
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! I really appreciated assistance from the manager on the floor, who helped me decide on lunch and gave a really excellent drink recommendation. Thanks Mensa! I’ll be back soon.

Jams is the restaurant of hotel 1, and I guess this gives them some captive clients. The food is presented nicely but was fat, overpriced and several portions were absurdly tiny and/or not tasty. Service was mostly great, except one guy who suddenly appeared while some of us were still eating and began asking if he could take this or that dish, moving his hand over our table and food, it really seemed as if they needed them right now hhh. We will not return.

What a charming spot! Perfect for a relaxing weekend breakfast with the family. We ordered the bagel with salmon, pancakes, and brioche French toast. Everything was beautifully prepared and served in generous portions. You can tell there’s real care put into the food.
The almond croissant was a standout. It was flaky, rich, and packed with real almond flavor. If you’re a true croissant lover, you’ll be in heaven.
The ambiance, both indoors and out, is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
