Gotta say this was probably one of the worst veggie burgers I’ve ever had :( Literally just the patty and onion, lettuce, tomato. So dry and paper like, especially the patty. Shame because the meaty burgers come with avocado, relish and other things, just seem to be way more interesting that this extra plain burger :( The spot is really nice though, cool decor.

Very bad service! No service at the bar. Won’t let customer seat at tables. 4 pm with empty seating and we’re ordering food that won’t fit on the extended bar area. The main bar area is already full. Only one bar tender working for food and drink orders.

Our bartender was exceptional—very pleasant and had a great attitude. I felt like I had known her for a long time. The place was clean and inviting, and the atmosphere was lovely. The oysters were delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Ordered the happy hour margherita pizza. Now I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life; dollar slices, cold kosher midwestern pizza, pizza my mom made in the toaster oven. I never had a worse bite of pizza than the pizza at Jane Doe. It was so shocking I had to write this review in hopes of warning you away from it.
Our waiter was very nice and took it off our check when we informed him that it smelled and tasted like an indoor children’s jungle gym. Thank you to him! Great service and great happy hour prices!

We had a bridal shower at Jane Doe on a Sunday two weeks ago and the beautiful summer decor at made it the perfect spot! The event was a wonderful success and I am so grateful to the managing partner and staff for everything! Their responsiveness to all my questions and their help in planning menu and set-up was fantastic.
Food was great and specialty cocktails were a big hit! (Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue)
Thanks to all at Jane Doe - I highly recommend!

Went this past Thursday for the first time and was pleasantly impressed by Laura. Greeted as soon as I sat at bar to wait for a friend. I hope they know she’s a keeper. She was solo taking care of everyone without missing a beat. At no time did we feel rushed and enjoyed our time there. Excellent happy hour and bar food. Will def be back!

We stopped in this bar on A Sunday right around Brunch. The bar tender (from Ireland) was so much fun! She has a great persona and is the perfect bar tender because she makes you feel like she is your best friend! Very cute bar!

I'll keep this short and sweet. Had a bad expeience here. They didn't provide plates/napkins or water. At bare minimum, i've never been to a restaurant that didnt provide that. Very awful experience and would never go back if i'm being honest. It seemed like the waiter just wanted us to leave as fast as possiblle. I dont think I would never eat here again tbh.

Great happy hour on weekend that runs than most midtown bars and includes dollar oysters. The mains seating is somewhat submerged like 70’s sunken living rooms.

We went there for an early dinner. Oysters and fried calamari are super fresh. Lava cake is good too. The cocktail is delicious. The price is reasonable in general. The place is cute and elegant. One of my favorite restaurants in the city.

Beautiful presentation. Their eggs Benedict was overcooked as seen by the pic. Wish they came back more often for refilling mimosas for the bottomless brunch but overall it was a good experience.
