Cancelled their call cookie croissant.. advertised cookies very hard.
Since it does not let me reply, I’m adding this to respond to your remarks. The ambiance and woman who worked in the front were very nice. You bring up the subject of the cookies. Objectively, the cookie I purchased was hard and not the standard of your competitors (Levains, funny face, culture espresso). I hope you’re being the cookie croissant back.

Holy moly these cookies are dangerous.

We passed by a few times and never felt we wanted to come in but today we were craving cookies and Jane's was nearby.

So glad we did because it may be my top favorite cookie in the city now.

I got a caramel chocolate chip and a Nutella chocolate chip because they looked the thickest and most sinful.

They are both 12/10😻😻😻😻

Ooey gooey and tasty. Need a hot cup of coffee or tea to go with it.

Love the pie cookie idea! Unfortunately after more than a bite or two of each flavor, I realized that these are too sweet for me to eat much. :/ Peach cobbler or blackberry peach might be my favorite right now otherwise.

Super delicious cookies, I’d highly recommend stopping here.

We shared a half baked chocolate chip cookie and a triple berry pie crust cookie - both were really tasty and at a good price too.

Very happy that we stumbled upon this little business that started from very humble beginnings. We were only in New York for the day but I’d seriously recommend stopping here for a sweet treat!

Crumbl cookies are the worst yet get great reviews. They taste like plastic. Jane’s pie crust cookies are just AMAZING. I thought it was some gimmick but day-um! Buttery, flakey, sour sweet filling (strawberry rhubarb) I am obsessed. Please go to crumbl and leave these cookies for me!

Interesting cookie - it’s more like a mini pie. Nothing life changing (they claim it’s changing the owner’s life but let’s be honest the name is trying to be misleading) but it’s not too bad.

Single handily the best cookies in NYC, probably the best cookies I’ve tried in my life. And those prices! I can’t believe it took me so long to find the gem. From the cookie pies to the chocolate chip cookies, this place makes honor to its name. If you ever have the chance to give it a try, try it! You won’t regret it.

Truly life changing!! The half-baked chocolate chip was INSANELY good - perfectly buttery and slightly crunchy on the outside, and divine melt-in-your-mouth soft chocolate on the inside. The milk chocolate is definitely on the sweet side, but the cookie overall just stops short of being sickly sweet. No exaggeration, the type of cookies you'll have dreams about!

The triple berry pie crust was also really good - really nice berry flavours with that same crispiness of a fresh baked pie.

Bonus that for specialty cookies, they're super reasonably priced. Tucked away on a residential street, it definitely feels like a local neighbourhood staple.
