I witnessed deplorable customer service toward a patron. There was no apparent reason. Everyone should be treated respectfully. Equal treatment is an important principle of the USA and one reason so many want to live. It is sad when some must be reminded.

I absolutely love Jasper’s Tap House & Kitchen! Their Santa Fe chicken sandwich is a standout favorite of mine, worth crossing town for. The fries are divine, and the portion sizes are generous.The staff is also incredibly friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait for my next visit!

My absolute go to bar! Jaspers is such a fun spot right on 9th ave. I'm always here for their happy hour they have till 8pm & then after from 11pm to close. On top of delicious and strong drinks (!!!!!!!), Jaspers has really great food. Their dollar wings on Wednesdays and Taco Tuesday deals are always so so good. We always make sure to get their Jaspers Parmesian Fries cooked in duck fat. Shoutout the bartenders who are always such a fun time.
An incredible spot to visit in Manhattan - visited on a Sunday for brunch. The endless mimosas are a must have. The food was really great, and without a doubt it was the best burger I had in the city. If you do visit, make sure you ask for Carson at the bar, she's very good at what she does, fantastic drinks and even better service. And if you're lucky, she'll put on the incredible playlist she has curated for the bar.

Love Jaspers! Definitely the brunch in Hells Kitchen - they offer bottomless and also run some really great specials daily. The waitstaff is always sooo wonderful and efficient. Food is always super consistent, fresh ingredients and in the Summer their frozen margarita beats out a lot of the local Mexican restaurants. Also great if you're looking for a good happy hour spot. Nice draft beer selection and plenty of TVs for sports fans - they usually are playing all the big games and are always happy to put your preferred team on the TV closest to you. Highlest suggest if you're looking for a good brunch, dinner with friends, place to catch a sports game or a happy hour.
