My favorite coffee place on the upper east side. Warm cozy nook for sitting. Friendly baristas. Decent food. On a sunny day there’s a great coterie of older patrons sitting outdoors that’s like a slice of Rome.
Honestly, I love the place and I definitely love the workers that work here. I got an Apple caramel iced latte, I already thought the drink was pretty well made. When I was going to add some sugar on the side, the barista told me that it was a while since she made the drink and that she forgot to add some apple syrup, as there’s already hints of apple in the bean roast, and asked if she could add it to the drink. It caught me off guard, i really didn’t notice the lack of apple...
Absolutely the best coffee shop in NYC..you get treated like family, Linda during my cancer journey you have been such a beautiful light in all this darkness. I am so blessed to have you and your beautiful shop to decompress and forget about cancer for a little with my family until we need to walk up the street, can't wait to see you when I come back home in September...God bless you and I have my Angel and blessed stone next to my bed....
