Why they don’t sell hot subs??? They sued to have hot subs a few months ago but now they stopped selling hot subs for over 2 months now. What happened?

Very Shady Person Running the Business. Was patiently waiting for my Steak sandwich order .. no issues . I get home to find out it’s a Chicken Sandwich . The Staff Members who runs this location were there and I’m sure they were fully aware . I’m assuming it’s Because I used my reward points so they didn’t want to lose out or what ever . Very impolite & unprofessional. Still a alright sandwich tho ! But They played me . Not cool !

The food is always great. Just starting to get expensive. I guess it is either inflation or corporate greed. Maybe both?? I remember the sandwiches being way more meatier (pause). The other thing I wish is that you can make modifications to sandwiches. Now with Added delivery fees and that is why I only order once a month from here. This post for the Times Square area you need to order online to pickup? The place looks sketchy and does not accept walk-in orders at all. Very disappointing that our teenagers can't even take orders anymore. They are deprived of human contact and social skills. Please change this. They looked as confused as I did wondering where the kitchen is. This warehouse look is not appealing with plenty of open store front in the city you could do better come on Jersey Mike's come on!

I don't think this place exists. Tried to call this number because someone used my account here and the phone is disconnected. Lost out on rewards points.Shame that Jersey mikes allows this

This is the worst Jersey Mike's Sub I've ever been to. You can only order through the app, and the service is very slow. In the end, the regular size sub I got was one-third shorter than Jersey Mike's sub elsewhere, not to mention much shorter than Subway sub. Very disappointing!

Cannot order in person; only through an app. Over an hour wait for two sandwiches. Is this an actual Jersey Mike's? This is not an actual location. Over 20 Uber eats drivers waiting as well. This is insane. Terrible for the brand and horrible for the consumer. Normally, they make the sandwiches in front of you and ask for your preference, but this location does not allow that.
