I did a mobile order for 307 W 38th St, New York, NY 10018. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. The directions for the order was NOT FOLLOWED. The sandwich looked and tasted horrible. I noticed some Jersey Mike stores are not making the sandwiches up to standard. This location is 1 of them. I regret spending my money on this.

Ordered at 6:48, got my sub at 7:53. With the wrong bread and the wrong toppings. The virtual kitchen appears to output about 1 sandwich every 5 minutes.

I don't know why but these are the best subs in the business. I don't know if it's the quality of the meat that they use. I'm not sure. All I know is these are the best hands down!
