10/10 flavor in every single dish here. The food is soho or, I literally already know when I'm coming back. My favorite thing was the steamed shumai - you can tell they're freshly made and the filling is spiced so well. Insanely good - can't wait to be back .

We were promptly seated upon arrival and spent a bit of time looking through the menu. Ended with a variety of items but the two stand outs were the big plate chicken and crispy baked buns with protein. I’d venture to say these two dishes alone can feed 4 people even with selecting the smaller portion size. It has the trademark cumin flavor and the noodles was soft but still with good texture to chew on. The chicken, tender and spicy.All the dishes tasted authentic. Def a good spot to get your fill and maybe also have some leftovers for tomorrow. Good price to boot.

only ordered takeout but wow this was good. Similar flavors to x'ian famous foods but with a more homemade vibe. the steamed eggplant is SO GOOD - highly recommend for any veg heads

Wonderful little spot with friendly servers and relatively fast service if you go at an off peak time. I mean I went at 7 ok on a Thursday and there were 3 other parties but the place wasn't full by any means. Watch what level of spice you order and don't underestimate their use of cumin! I had the stirred noodles with beef and they cooked the beef very nicely, it wasn't chewy which I was slightly afraid of.

Why haven't I been here before?!! This was by far one of the best foods I have ever had. Everything we ordered from the crispy chicken to the noodles was well seasoned and a mouthful of flavor. The chef was extremely nice and welcoming and gave us good recommendations to try with kids. It's a great restaurant to bring your family and friends.

Xin Jiang cuisine is something new that I've always been curious to try - the dishes were different from your typical Chinese dishes and were full of flavors. The noodles in the big plate chicken were hand pulled and had the right amount of flavor and chew! Would come back and try other dishes on the menu.
