First time in Brooklyn visiting the brewery…and lucked out to have this wonderful pizza truck parked outside on a rainy Sunday evening. Just giving it a shot was the best decision of the day because holiest of holy, this pizza is phenomenal. It was the best pizza I had in 2022. And 2021. And 2020.Huge shoutout to the owner for hooking us up on our second round for our trip back to Manhattan.

Jiannetto's Pizza Truck catered our wedding in Red Hook, Brooklyn and we were so lucky to have found them! After our original food truck ghosted us and stopped responding 10 days before the wedding, I happened upon Jiannetto's and they picked up right away. Joe, the owner, was so nice and professional and said that he was available and could give me a quote right away. My husband and I went to try the pizza in Soho and we were blown away by the grandma slice! The sauce was rich and flavorful and the crust was perfect. We booked them right away and on the day of, Joe himself was there to serve our 140 guests. He had the oven fired up so there was never even a line. All of our guests absolutely raved about the pizza! Thank you so much to Joe, Mary and Jake -- you made our day so special!

One of the best fish taco's I've had in NY. On top of that Jiannetto's Pizza Truck is always super friendly. Good food and great service is always a deadly combo.I'd highly recommend getting the combo (fish & shrimp) taco and top it off with his Pineapple Juice.
The queue times are not very long but service is very SLOW. You can wait up to 10 minutes for one chicken sandwich. Sometimes the service can be fast and others slow. I've seen multiple complaints from customers about this, almost too many times. This makes me conclude that the staff is inconsistent and lacks training to be on par with the better end of the cohort. However, the staff is always working hard and making sure they are on task; they don't waste their time.

Ill start it right off by saying the pizza and service there is great. I love the pizza crust! I made a mistake when I ordered and they had now problem fixing it and even offered me a drink while I wait. I can't wait to go back.

I love the corn man and I waited all night for him but I can say there are comparable flavors to other corn stands you can find in Los Angeles. I just didn't like the idea of waiting till night but hey that's just me. If you have time to spare and like waiting outside for a while then it's your luck because it's a experience that you will like.
