Was in the store for 15 minutes waiting to order. Employee just gave us the side eye and walked by and we continued to wait for a few minutes before walking out. Third time we’ve had this experience here.
This Jimmy John’s location is strictly for carry-out—don’t plan to sit and eat your sandwich here. I recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app.
I always order a #9 Italian Night Club, and for some reason, it always seems a little dry when I order it from here, so consider ordering your sandwich with extra condiments.

Shares space with Dunkin so seats are limited but still what you'd expect if you like Jimmy John's

Got a Roast Beef with provolone that was properly made. Service is not wow, but efficient. Very quiet folks, thats it.
Sandwich was tasty, but a bit expenssive. Whole grain bread is just sliced loaf bread, so beware of that. Overall nothing much to complain about.

The person who made my sandwich with black blueish hair has a horrible attitude. Was very nasty to everyone they spoke to. Had people waiting forever and basically whispered the order number. Plus called the wrong order number.

The 316 W. 34th Street , NYC Jimmy Johns was pretty awful. Employees were ok, but, my Pepe (ham and cheese) sub to go had roast beef, no ham! The bread was so stale I ditched most of it. Their bread is one of the main reasons I go there.
While waiting I sat at the counter where there was 3 or 4 seats and drank my drink. The counter looked like it had not been cleaned for hours, pieces of bread and food all over. Time to light a fire under someone to clean up this place. They are giving JJs a bad name.

This store is woefully understaffed. To have one person working a sandwich line at lunch on a Saturday in midtown Manhattan is absurd. Hire more people, be less cheap.

Amazing service. I would give more stars if I could. The store manager Ahmed went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order in a pinch. Thank you!

Love jimmy John's but the sandwich from this location was average at best. Lot of meat just hanging out and put together sloppily

This is the worst sandwich ever. The guy didn’t listen to a word I said and only put 4 random ingredients in it. No one should ever visit this location.

Amazing and quick service. Very kind and funny staff. They recommended I get the combo to get more value for my buck as well. Sandwich was great as expected!
