They didn't send a portion of my order last week. I called they tell me call them next time I order and they will replace the item. I just spent 10 minutes waiting after reentering the queue multiple times and STILL no answer, yet my order is on its way now. Ridiculous

Someone needs to remind Carmen that humans need to talk to each other in food places like these in case she forgot. Nasty attitude for a Sunday and empty restaurant. 2 customers left before even ordering just by the looks she giving. Girl get a life or change jobs.

Getting absolutely anything is a pain at this location. The people behind the counter never know what to do unless a manger is there. I'm not sure if they're always training someone or if nobody knows how to use the register.
waited an hour, didn’t get my sandwich and had to return to work. terrible planning, if you know you have certain orders by a set time, why would you not work on them ahead of time?
