Seen the commercial on TV and just happened to ride by one and did a spin around the block went in and got the veggie wrap which is absolutely perfect with all the ingredients especially if your a vegan.

The sandwich was made well. My complaint is to management, there was only one person working and Jimmy Johns is known for making sandwiches fast. Thats why I order from there. They need to hire more at this location

two people who can’t speak English should not be the only ones working! They needed help and could only do so much. Wrong toppings on sandwich
Great place

The people who work here aren’t polite. I definitely don’t recommend this place. It’s not worth it.

I love DD and I love JJ. I'm glad Jimmy John's is in NYC. It didn't exist for a while and I would always get some when I traveled to the Midwest. The prices are crazy, but it's NYC so it's not too bad.I shop here often for both DD and JJ. The prices are reasonable, especially the DD side. I always get my coffee, has browns and Turkey Tom #6 from JJ when I'm near Penn Station. The service is quick and the food is great.Time to reactivate my JJ rewards. Get my free cookie!

This place is just okay. I tried the Club LuLu combo. The total was about $16. The sandwich was okay. It was fresh and tasty. It’s not something I’d go out of my way for or even try again. It’s a basic sandwich spot. That being said I did enjoy the potato salad. I would stop by and get it again.

The veggies are fresh, the staff is nice and the bread is not bad at all, but my Little John has ONE very thin slice of roast beef ! It was basically a salad sandwich with a slice of roast beef.
