Placed an order over 2 hours ago. Said it would be here by 4pm. It’s 5pm and now the order on the app says it will now not arrive until 7pm. Please tell me how to get a refund.

Place a pickup order accidentally at this location but instead i meant to order at the Jimmy John’s at the 31st location. I called the store in 30 seconds to notify them to not make the sandwich and to have them cancel my order as i already placed the order at there other location. The Indian Manager//employee proceeds to first tell me he’s not understanding what im verbally telling him and then states well there not manager here to give you a refund. Basically telling i would just have to take another sandwich when i had already ate the same thing. I recorded this and have sent information to my bank to dispute to see if they understand that. INSANE BEHAVIOR.

The Picklewich is quite the sandwich. It’s extremely small, but you really don’t want any more than you get, largely because the pickles aren’t great.

Jimmy John’s service here is honestly disappointing — but I guess that’s not too surprising for New York. I’ve had Jimmy John’s in many cities, and they always lived up to their “freaky fast” reputation. It used to be that as soon as you placed your order, it was ready in under a minute.

At this location, though, the staff move at the pace of a subways. I waited so long that I had to leave or risk missing my train. I’ve always supported Jimmy John’s and recommended it to others because of their speed and consistency, but this location definitely doesn’t deliver on what they advertise.

Placed an over eats order for pick up today and was greeted by this horrible employee with a very bad attitude. I asked if my sandwich would be toasted but would not accommodate me. I asked for name or store number would also not provide me any information. Absolutely worst experience.

They didn't send a portion of my order last week. I called they tell me call them next time I order and they will replace the item. I just spent 10 minutes waiting after reentering the queue multiple times and STILL no answer, yet my order is on its way now. Ridiculous

Someone needs to remind Carmen that humans need to talk to each other in food places like these in case she forgot. Nasty attitude for a Sunday and empty restaurant. 2 customers left before even ordering just by the looks she giving. Girl get a life or change jobs.
