This restaurant is run by an older Asian couple who are very prompt and friendly, they never fail to give great service even though they are more of a takeout place. I really suggest the Cumin beef, they pack it with onions and great seasoning.

This is a small family run joint near Baruch College. It has the best General Tso’s Chicken I’ve had in a long time—not since Red Hot in Park Slope (now closed). At $13.50 with a can of soda, you can’t beat it in Manhattan.

Overpriced, not willing to engage with customers who are bipoc, lied about the fish filet served, and it was Dough & fish sauce instead. Very snotty owner, and not wiped down tables. Although they were open late, was trying to rush us out, even though there’s only one other non bipoc person.

Please don’t go here. 100% guaranteed waste of money. I would give negative stars. Their food is simply the worst you can find especially when they don’t even know what they are making. Even if you starved to death, you’d rather die than go here.

In my quest for great cumin beef or lamb I came across this place while in the NYU Dental hood. Not only did it come with rice for $21 cash but the host guy asked me if I needed water or more rice. The dish was 7.5/10 and could've been better with more veggies or colored peppers too. No birdseye chilies but it was still very hot. Portion size is great so I can take half home for later tonight. I've been complaining about expensive chef special dishes not coming with basic white rice for a while now and it's good to see some places are still adhering to including white rice.

Nice service, but food was completely flavorless. Spicy and really salty, but no other taste. Wouldn't come back, unfortunately.

Super tasty Chinese food and decently priced! The owner is super sweet and treats all his customers very kindly. My personal favorite is the spare ribs over rice.

This will be a quick review. The food tastes fine. But the portions are so small that the $13 price tag for a lunch special is a total ripoff. I'm not kidding you when I tell you there were 4-5 slivers of pork in the dish. And by calling them slivers, I'm being generous. It does some business because it's connected to Baruch college. An absolute ripoff on price and value.

Got the generals tsos again and it was mostly gristle and hard chunks. Very bad meat quality this time. Also got the beef noodle soup and it was gross. The beef was a very tough cut mostly connective tissue the noodles were too soft. My friend got the chicken fried rice which was good. This place is wildly inconsistent. They should raise quality and price.Room is small. Service was quick to pick up trash. I won't be back even though it's directly below my hotel.
