This place would get a higher score if they didn't change their hours to something stupid. Before they were open from 1:30pm to 9pm. Now they change it to 5pm-10pm. A business in Harelm trying to get away with Chelsea hours. I love the food, but I guess the only time I will be going their is when I am out past 5pm. Which, nowadays, is almost never.

Don’t ever trust profiles with only one review. Especially ones who think a brown egg in a ramen bowl is rotten. Make it make sense, Mr. I traveled to Japan and know Japanese food guy.
They have multiple locations for a reason. And at this point I’ve eaten at or ordered delivery from all of them. They are all solid.
No matter what the trolls, Karens and Chad’s say.

Don't eat there. The place is rat infested!
The company owes us money for a storefront job we did for them, Sam would rather duck our phone calls then deal with it. Not very responsible of them.
Fantastic place👍! Great food, super quick service❤️!
Very good food and place, great environment and service.
This place is NOWHERE near authentic - or delicious.I've been to Japan, so I didn't expect a NYC restaurant to compete with that country's restaurants. I put off trying this takeout spot for months, and decided to finally give it a shot. I should have put it off permanently. This meal was disgusting. It took them 3 minutes to put this together. The ramen was overcooked, the broth was not fresh, the 2 TINY pieces of pork was overcooked, and the egg was brown due to sitting around for days. To top it off, Jin Ramen gave no utensils or napkins. My taste buds were not impressed, their presentation was non-existent, and their price was well over what it should have been. This was a nasty $23.00 meal, which I only took 2 bites. I wish I could give 0 stars for lack of taste and disregard for my health. Please avoid this place at all costs.
Excellent, consistent ramen. So glad they’re in the neighborhood

Great staff! Flavorful food!
Everything we ordered was great! so glad this place is open
Been here a few times, ramen's okay but they got some quality control issues. On my last order, got 3 pork buns and the Shoyu and spicy Tonkotsu ramen. The pork was tough and the broth was not fresh and clearly not made the day of. Would give 3 stars otherwise
I happened to drop in at Jin Ramen by accident. It was raining and kind of a bit nippy after attending mass at my church just around the corner. I was surprised to see the place was crowded but the atmosphere was pleasant. The menu was great. I can’t remember all of them. You have to go there to see it for yourself. What I had was perfect for the kind of weather that day; gloomy, rainy and nippy. It satisfied my cravings. They have everything for all types of weather rain or shine.
Great food fast service friendly staff
