It's from FuJian, China, this Spring tea is very refreshing and full of energy. It's a full-bodied flavor with green bean sweetness.

Lapsang SouChong is the earliest variety black tea ever produced, eventually spreading around the world. Grown on the original WuYi Mountain in Tong Mu Guan, the tea leaves have been processed in the original method from centuries ago. With the powerful natural sweetness and fragrance of fruit and flowers grown in hot and arid places, this tea is a deep red and known for its longan sweet flavor.

Hailing from the original mountain where these leaves have been harvested for centuries, our Tie Guan Yin has been traditionally roasted with the classic process that yields its trademark charcoal flavor with notes of nutty, dry sweetness. It has very little caffeine and a clean, transparent chestnut color.
Da Hong Pao 大红袍 (Historic)
With a heavy charcoal so delicately undercut by sweet caramel, Da Hong Pao has a strong fragrance and thick and full mouthfeel.
Wu Yi Rou Gui 武夷肉桂 (Bold Aroma Minerality)
Our Rou Gui has a unique lingering mouthfeel and rich mineral, charcoal, and caramel flavors that combine with its lower caffeine to warm the stomach and body. Luscious to the sight and smell, this tea has amber color has beautiful, deep ruby glimmerings as well as the classic Rou Gui bold aroma.
Dong Ding Oolong 冻顶乌龙 (Famous)
Hailing from Taiwan, this High Mountain Oolong has the natural, subtle creaminess indicative of all high quality Dong Dings. From its delicate and fresh fruity fragrance all of the way to its long lingering mouthfeel, this tea is such an enjoyable experience.
Wu Yi Shui Xian 武夷水仙 ('Rock Bone' Minerality)
Harvested from its original Wu Yi Mountain, this true cliff tea's iconic rock bone flavor combines mineral sweetness and light caramel with a beautiful floral fragrance. This amber-colored tea has less caffeine and a powerful meditative effect, warming the body and calming the mind.
Traditional Light Fragrant Tie Guan Yin 清香铁观音 (Classic)

This is the best tea shop I’ve been to. I go there every time I am in New York. It has a top selection of Chinese tea for the connoisseurs, and I especially love their Oolong tea and white tea a lot. Very elegant Song dynasty style decoration and tea ware. The owner is very knowledgeable about tea and tea culture. And the Northern Song Dian Cha is so unique not to be missed!

Had a wonderful time this evening experiencing the gong fu tasting, there is such a great selection! It was both enriching and pleasant, we learnt a lot and enjoyed the atmosphere of the host and place :)

Tldr: Pricey gongfu tasting experience but the excellent service and quality tea makes it a worthwhile splurge for tea enthusiasts. Looking forward to coming back to try Song Dynasty style whisked teas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tea tasting with Mei Ling (apologies if I misspelled). I typically prefer Phoenix Dan Congs, but I wanted to branch out a little. Mei Ling pointed out some alternatives and gave some brief tasting notes descriptions that were helpful....
