Service was absolutely terrible and enforced tips, which is illegal. Try to take advantage of tourists, enforcing tips, and poor services which I have not seen for a long time living in New York City for 12 years.

Food isn’t bad but I felt uncomfortable because the male server pressured me to leave a tip. I Do not recommend this place.

It was the worst experience of my trip to the US. There was no communication at all with the food servers, and the only person who spoke English checked our receipt and forced an extra tip before we left the table. I couldn't get a friendly feeling from everyone, and there was a fee for even the basic setup for the car. Honestly, the taste wasn't bad. However, I continued to feel bad from the moment I entered the restaurant to the moment I left. This is a restaurant that doesn't even seem to have the will to improve its service. If you want to stay in a good mood while traveling, don't visit here.

I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I feel like I need to write this and let you know. It's not even a waste to give one star. The king of unkindness. When I came to take my order, I told him I hadn't picked anything yet and asked him to wait for a moment. He showed his displeasure and was blatantly unfriendly from then on. I went to this restaurant because it was recommended by Seojin Lee, but everything except the dim sum with shrimp tasted bad. Fried chicken in the 20s tastes like soggy frozen chicken. It was the end of the year, so there were a lot of people, and regardless of whether or not the customer was eating next to me, they were clearing away their dishes so loudly that I thought they were breaking the dishes. It was the first course on the first day of my first trip to New York, and I went there with great expectations, but despite the taste, I was really offended by the terrible service.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years and although the energy and menu is different from Elizabeth Street, the food quality and service is excellent. Like with any great place, there is a queue but it’s worth the wait!

My favorite dim sum place, by far. Missing the variety of the old Elizabeth Street restaurant, but the flavors are still there.

Definitely had a 5 star experience in my book, the first time I tried Dim Sum for breakfast was here and not only is the food delicious but i really enjoyed the staff wheeling the food carts of different types of food that you could check out and eat if you were interested.

I’m also a big fan of the way the area is set up as well, it’s pretty awesome!

The taste was not good, and the server kept speaking Chinese, even though I do not understand it. The server also pressured me to tip more.

The only thing is the line is so long! But the price is good and this historical restaurant is even cheaper than the Bay

for below average quality dimsum, the place is way over priced. Some of our dishes were served cold when they are hot dishes typically.

Don’t waste your time and money. All the food was cold and nothing amazing straight from a packet. Even the soup dumplings were luke warm and that’s the ultimate fail for us. The service was appalling and to end a very bad experience I didn’t want to leave a tip as it wasn’t even worthy of a tip so left the restaurant and left my wife to fix up the bill. She left a tip and then they held her up and they made my wife increase the tip she left twice more until they were happy. Worst dinner experience in NYC.

When we arrived at 11:20 AM, the middle-aged lady at the front desk told us that "two people can be seated as soon as now." However, we ended up waiting for a full 1.5 hours. This completely disrupted our afternoon plans. It is beyond me why she told us that when it would take this longer. Clearer communication at the beginning would have helped manage expectations.

The manager was polite and accommodating when we raised our concerns, which I appreciated.

Authentic dim sum. But need to go early to beat the traffic. Servers are too busy and I could not get my ordered dishes on time. But the dishes were good.

After seeing Seojin Lee's New York New York, Seojin Lee made a fuss about how delicious it was, so I went there.
When I passed by, it always seemed crowded, so I called and asked how long the wait would be. They said it would be a 10-minute wait, but Frog Lime told everyone to wait 10 minutes. I think I waited for 30-40 minutes to eat.
The inside of the store is messy and noisy. It is not structured so that you can order food right away, so you have to wait for the dim sum cart to arrive to eat your food even after you sit down.
The food doesn't taste good enough to make a fuss about. After eating it, I became really curious about Seojin Lee’s taste. What kind of food did you usually eat to say it was so delicious? It definitely wasn't something worth eating after waiting for an hour.
Dim sum restaurants in Korea are much more delicious. If you go here, go to Korea's Tim Ho Wan.
PS. Shrimp dim sum that is so delicious? I ate it and it tasted just like frozen shrimp.
