I’ve been a customer for 20 years and although the energy and menu is different from Elizabeth Street, the food quality and service is excellent. Like with any great place, there is a queue but it’s worth the wait!

Definitely had a 5 star experience in my book, the first time I tried Dim Sum for breakfast was here and not only is the food delicious but i really enjoyed the staff wheeling the food carts of different types of food that you could check out and eat if you were interested.

I’m also a big fan of the way the area is set up as well, it’s pretty awesome!

When we arrived at 11:20 AM, the middle-aged lady at the front desk told us that "two people can be seated as soon as now." However, we ended up waiting for a full 1.5 hours. This completely disrupted our afternoon plans. It is beyond me why she told us that when it would take this longer. Clearer communication at the beginning would have helped manage expectations.

The manager was polite and accommodating when we raised our concerns, which I appreciated.
