the guy in the blue shirt took forever for my order, he just yells at other employees, demotivating his team telling them they move slow. This is not a good choice of leadership. This location is a mess.

Definitely one of the less nice outlets in NY, coffee just Starbucks quality, not enough seats and overall fastfood atmosphere. Better to go to their outlet in Soho, much nicer.

This kind of question, “for what are u standing here, you need something or not” “what you want” it’s so rude, they should be just little bit kind. The place was dirty, staff handled food without gloves, and everything looked unorganized. I waited over 30 minutes for my order after they said it would be a few minutes. Then they said their system and toaster were broken, and even the refund took 10 minutes. Staff were on their phones and not paying attention. Totally unprofessional, never going back.

Consistently awful experience characterized by extreme prices, absurd wait times (if you see over 3 people waiting don’t even bother ordering), perennial understaffing with the staff on location sporting delightfully terrible attitudes (but who can blame them), and a non existent order management system. I can’t think of a worse thing to do at 6pm on a weekday in midtown.
