My son got food poisoning after eating at this Joe & Juice Times Square location on 3/25/24. He ate the egg salad avocado sandwich and it appears the mayonnaise was bad or their refrigeration is not properly working. He was horribly sick that evening and it took days to recover. The preparation area may also not be cleaned properly as I also had a stomach ache after eating the avocado/tomato/cheese sandwich. I do not recommend eating at this location or eat at your own risk!! Seriously this place needs to be inspected, especially the refrigerator.

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK I ALMOST ATE A PIECE OF A RAZER BLADE. My wife and I came here to eat the viral tuna sandwiches. As I was four bites in, I chewed on a piece of a razor blade (see attached photo). I’ve never experienced something so horrific while eating. Their response was nothing more than a simple refund. If I would’ve swallowed that I would’ve been hospitalized at minimum. Horrible, horrible experience.

Have had 3 sandwiches here and all of them have been soggy. I’ve been to a lot of Joe and the Juice locations and none of them are this soggy and mushy, when I brought it up to an employee they were rude. Music is too loud. If you’re craving their food, go to any other

Great location! Super busy at lunch time on a Monday but the line moved fast and the employees were very efficient and friendly. I got the turkey sandwich and it was delicious but the pesto was a little lacking, I could barely taste it. Still delicious, nonetheless! Decent amount of seating as well. I got the banana bread to go and it was delicious but tasted more like a moist white cake than banana bread to me.

My order has literally never been ready when the app tells me it will be. I usually end up waiting in store for my sandwich for at least 15 minutes after the time the app says it is ready. It's not even that the food takes too long, but I do not like wasting my time in the store after the app told me to be there at a certain time.Just fix this, please. The food is good.

Absolutely horrible service! I’ve given this location multiple chances & unfortunately they always disappoint. The staff is rude, the place is always dirty & my main problem is that I placed a pick up order for 12:45PM, why is it currently 1:50PM & I have yet to receive my order. This is NOT the first time. This location needs a whole new staff & management because literally no one cares & they all have a horrible attitude. I keep my composure as I understand they are busy but they definitely need to change their processes to handle the traffic they get in this area.

I have been a keen customer at this place since last year. However, what happened to me yesterday makes me never come back again.I placed an online order and arrived there on time. I directly walked to the pickup corner as usual. There was one staff standing in front of the shelves talking to another lady. I waited there for a few second and nobody attended me. I decided to get my order myself. FYI in my previous experience, I always pick up my order myself and they don't always have a staff helping with the pick-up.The instant I reached out to the order, the staff suddenly ended his conversation, PUSHED AWAY MY ARM and asked me to show a confirmation email. I totally understand that the restaurant need to confirm that we are getting the right thing, but they can do this in a more respectful way. I don't know what makes him feel that to prevent a customer from getting her order with physical intervention is somehow acceptable.
