Ordered from this location from delivery and did not receive my order. The receipt and the app had the wrong ID number. Both numbers were DRASTICALLY different. The store took my money and customer service can't resolve this issue due to THE WRONG ID number given to me. And then the number to the store isn't there so I can't even confirm with the store my ID number.

Ordered through their app because i like the reward system, today i was rewarded with NO coffee and 30$ less to my name., i waited 30 minutes outside for the stores “delivery” driver who said they’re outside. (they in fact were not ) now when i’m trying to resolve this with customer service through a recorded line ( Because you CANNOT call the store) they tell me “we can’t see your info because your order number is incorrect “ im looking at my receipt!!! they told me, well you should try calling the store. HA what a joke, seems schemy. i was a regular and almost got to the gold membership but this experience has led me back ordering starbucks, ( order ended up being 5$ cheaper and i got bigger drinks). the sandwiches are a waste of money, not worth it.

Was a part of a group order and did not receive the order. The store took the money and gave the wrong ID number on the app and on the order receipt. All customer service representatives could say it was the wrong ID number, and no STORE NUMBER just sends you to corporate to fill out something, to take a day to reply. So in that day of waiting I'll update you on the review of that experience of the store STEALING MY MONEY

I ordered my drinks, and I was given the wrong ID number. So not only was my money taken, but the store gave me the wrong ID number on the app and the receipt. Terrible online customer service. Would not recommend ordering from their app. You will run the risk of losing your money and you can't even get it resolved because they'll give you the wrong ID number,

Picked up lunch on a Thursday morning and encountered the rudest employees who have zero sense of urgency during lunch rush. One ‘cashier’ in particular had the audacity to tell me how to interact with another customer while I was simply waiting for my order after she called me up to get it. Maybe work a little quicker instead of trying to educate customers on how to wait for their food. Or if you’re miserable, find another line of work.

This place used to be good, what happened? I just bought lunch to go for me
& my daughter. Ordered the Club, Serrano sandwiches and the feel good juice. after 4 bites of my “Serrano” sandwich and not tasting any of it, I opened it to sadly discover the skimpiest sandwich ever… 1 (thinest) slice of serrano ham, ONE! and Barely any mozzarella, really? For +$15?? Almost $50 dlls for the saddest sandwiches. Never again.

Ordered the overnight oats added pineapples and an avocado smoothie. Pineapple was NOT fresh and think they forgot to put ice in my smoothie.
