Ordered the overnight oats added pineapples and an avocado smoothie. Pineapple was NOT fresh and think they forgot to put ice in my smoothie.
Waste of money.

The yellow cup is 12oz but looks like 8oz, the purple cup is 8oz but looks like 4oz and the pink cup is 16oz but looks like 8oz.

The menu is a giant screen that keeps switching away to be a photo of a man with a tennis racket. Makes it very hard to figure out which of their overpriced items to buy.
I ordered from my phone app for pick up and when I arrived at the store the two employees were busy, one of them was cleaning the floor with a broom or mop. After finishing up cleaning the floor, the employee who was cleaning the floor started to prepare the food without changing her black gloves much less wash her hands. I told her it’s not sanitary that she did not change her gloves before touching the food after cleaning the floor with same gloves. I asked her to cancel my order for full refund and she told me I have to send an email to get my refund. I sent the email as instructed and I have not received my refund. Imagine what they do to your food when no one is looking if this is what they do when someone is looking.

The eggcado bowl was amazing, the energizer juice not so much but healthy does not always taste great! Overall the service was amazing did not get the young man’s name in the front but he was superb! Overall the breakfast was around $23 dollars. The juice being the most expensive. The only thing missing was some good music!

The employees here don't do simple things like greet the customers or say thank you, or even respond to a customer saying thank you. It takes a tiny bit of effort to get 4+ stars in Google maps, this place has been consistently getting the same type of reviews for years and no changes are made.

Horrible experience !!!!! I ordered the strawberry banana smoothie and asked them to add almond butter (an item on the menu in other menu options). They wouldn't add it. Said the system wouldn't allow it. No common sense. Also coffee was not good

Everything is terrible the food the customer service just everything, when I went there I seen rats running in the store, a bunch of flies and insects didn’t feel comfortable eating my food just wasted my money for real. Jaida Perez was really rude to me not good at customer service at all and I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody
