Just left this placed pay $5 for an overpriced coffee just to use the bathroom the tall white guy (Chris) was rude I work outside I've been in. Plenty of joe & the juice and never had a problem with using the bathroom and than I usually do by something when I can think with an clear head I spent $5 to use the bathroom imagine if I actually feel comfortable to place my normal order

Although I have visited a few other locations, this one was by far the most enjoyable. I had a great time here. When I first arrived, I wasn't sure what to get, but I was able to decide thanks to the employee Janette, who greeted me. She took the time to recommend things to me and answer any questions or concerns I had. Excellent service; I'll be back.

Horrible service. I went in there because I was in a hurry and it was empty (now I understand why). I wanted 3 coffees with milk, something super simple… it took the girl 20 minutes to prepare them for me and there was no one else!
In short: 2 people to prepare 3 coffees in an empty place in almost half an hour.
On top of that expensive and not particularly good. I don't recommend it. They neither apologized nor did the girl have good manners. On the contrary.
In detail: He doesn't stop talking to his partner, laughing and making jokes. When her partner answered her, she stopped pouring ground coffee and turned to answer him. He didn't talk and work at the same time, which made it take him more than 10 minutes to realize that there was no ground coffee left in the machine... and I was there watching or waiting. The other colleague went to get more coffee and when he returned he started to prepare them with her because he had been waiting for a long time.
To make matters worse, while I was putting the lid on two of the coffees, she put the lid on one wrong, when I turned it, it spilled... and on top of that she gives me a bad look, I think she did it on purpose because she saw my dissatisfied face. They didn't ask for forgiveness or anything. Everything is fatal. For that price, go anywhere else to save yourself the trouble and drink tastier coffee.

The cashier was extremely friendly and was helpful with selections as she made several suggestions. I ended up ordering a protein shake and Eggcado bowl, and they made it just the way I like it. Out of all the Joe locations I've been to, this one is my favorite so far. The atomsphere is wonderful and very comfortable.

Horrible service. It was super slow and had to wait 20 minutes in line when I was the only person. The people saw that there was a line behind me and continued to just work. Maybe they are understaffed, but I really think that they should have more staff so someone could run the cashier because that was ridiculous.

I ordered my regular tunacado sandwich this week and experienced the worst customer service. A mixed worker with glasses treated me as if I was an inconvenience for coming in and I felt very unwelcomed. I will be going to a different location from now on. Such a disappointment.
