The food here is great but if you stopped in here hoping to have a professional zoom meeting then please find somewhere else. It should be noted that I did ask the staff to turn the volume down on the music for slightly as I was having trouble hearing over the louder music which may have resulted in why the staff chose to bang non stop and clean as loud as anything I have ever heard in a coffee shop which forced me to take my zoom call into the street. Its a great coffee shop if you want to come in and have some food but don't risk a professional engagement to come here. As soon as my 45 minute call ended and I returned inside, the staff was smiling and the music had been turned way down. It was unnecessarily frustrating. Sometimes it happens you get caught needing to make a last minute business call or otherwise but seriously don't come here if that happens. The staff should be happy to note that I am warning others, don't ask for them to change the volume. Good on you guys for making it YOUR place. No one is compensated enough these days so I'm not hating, I get the frustration of having an annoying request. I was a in pinch, but it needs to be said for others who might need to use a public space. Find a different spot if you need to do anything professional. Don't try to study here either.

Like a lot of other people, I came here because I saw the tunacado sandwich all over my TikTok feed. Was it good? Yes. The sandwich was tasty, the thin crispy bread was really good and it was a big, filling portion. I also got a strawberry, ginger apple juice which was okay but not something I'd get again. My girlfriend got the egg salad sandwich which she really liked, but someone else in our group ordered the blue smoothie which we thought was so disgusting it couldn't even be finished. Service is friendly and quick, you just order at the counter. There's some indoor and outdoor seating and we were lucky to get a seat because after we ordered it did get pretty busy, but the line moves quickly. I don't know if this place is necessarily worth all the hype but I enjoyed everything I ordered.

I ordered a large drip coffee with milk and vanilla syrup. First of all it was 5.82 which is more than a latte at most places. They tried to give me a small. Then I weirdly see her fill it with cold coffee and try to steam it. When I asked why she said because It was cold and they ran out of drip coffee. Just make a new pot. They gave me a refund no problem but had no paper for a reciept.

First I ordered a black tea (which is on the menu). They told me they only had green and herbal tea. So I ordered a small coffee. They gave me a cold Americano. I told them I was looking for a drip coffee. They said they were out of drip coffee. As a reminder, this is a coffee shop. Not sure I understand how a coffee shop runs out of coffee. Or tea.

Friendly workers, clean space and ambiance and delish food and fresh juices. Ordered the Herb Tonic, it was pricey for $13 but it was sooo good. I also heard their sandwiches are good, I'll have to try next time! Perfect space to do remote work as well because it is quiet and plenty of seating.

Have been meaning to try this for the longest time since it blew up on tiktok! I usually don't fall for trends, but this was worth it, so yummy! I downloaded the app where you get points and a free gift after your first purchase. Service was fast and the area is a nice place to study or do work. Definitely want to try out their other sandwiches next time.

Regular black watered down coffee almost $5? Please, even Starbucks is more affordable than this. No wonder I don’t go there anymore. ANY UWS coffee shop will have coffee for less than $4 that is two times better.

Instead of "Replacing with NEW coffee, machines, the malfunction machines get serviced -- only to break down again!!Especially, the "Drip" coffee machine. Today, the espresso machine is NOT working. Hence, NO Coffee from Espresso machine, too. No coffee of any kind available. Matcha Tea folks is NOT COFFEE.The Service attendee indicated, both Coffee machines (Drip and Espresso) are not receiving water pressure to optimally function, too. You may want to contact Building Superintendent in regards to NO Water pressure.The "REGIONAL MANAGER" of this location should be under review for "failure" to address a continued "ON GOING" malfunction of "all" coffee machines AT THIS LOCATION.Although, the staff has apologized "daily" indicating they have reported the "daily malfunction of the "Drip" coffee machine and the "Espresso" machine, they have not been notified by Management when the machines will be "REPLACED".The perpetual inconvenience of product and service is beyond unsatisfactory. If there was less than one star rating - this location would qualify!BEWARE, DO NOT visit this location. They make horrible coffee drinks. They also use very cheap milk. I ordered a latte with four shots but received a cup full of milk/ice and just some splashes of espresso. Waste of money and went right into the trash.

Coffee was okay but too hot to drink, so I only noticed I got a regular coffee instead of the mocha I paid for when I was at the Park. My wife's cup didn't stop leaking the whole time. Not a good experience.
