Terribly slow service. It took them 15 minutes to prepare one single sandwich with only one other customer in the store. I also got food poisoning from their Spicy Tuna sandwich - avoid!

AVOID⚠️
This place is awful. I paid $5 for a hot drip coffee that was disgusting and cold.
Staff was incompetent and charged me before asking what size.

This is the worst joe and the juice I’ve ever been to. All locations, in my experience, are generally slow, but this particular location is by far the worst. On two occasions I’ve just left before receiving my order because I couldn’t possibly bear to watch the employees stand around and do nothing while orders pile up. They don’t prioritize people waiting in the store over pick up orders, which is excruciating to watch when you’re alone in the store waiting for your order and they decide to make six sandwiches and sweep the kitchen before helping you. Also, the smoothies are so inconsistent—sometimes thick, sometimes watery.

They are inconsistent. I order the Beet and Berry shake; sometimes it is creamy, and other times it tastes like pink water. Please get it together!
dirty!!! never come to this location. i ordered a juice and one of the workers were screaming a disgusting “ew”! and he came out to the front with a bucket of vegetables with maggots all in the clear container. I threw my drink out shortly after. How dirty can a place get when you have maggots?

believe the reviews. the employees here don’t care AT ALL about anything. they’re lazy and unconcerned. I had the tiniest amount of ingredients in my sandwich. a $13 with TINY clumps of mozzarella. could they not have gone to the back to get more? this is absolutely ridiculous

Went there to get some coffee drinks at 7:30pm and they said they didn’t offer anymore coffee drinks for the day and that they closed in 30 minutes. Kindly asked the guy if he could make an exemption but he responded with an attitude “no we are done for the day”. You guys should update your closing hours to 7:30pm.

This is the worst joe and the juice on planet earth :)Everytime we order - everything is wrong. Today I got my normal drink with coffee added for no reason (why is there coffee in it?? i dont even want to know). This happens everyday, and sometimes I just give them the benefit of the doubt, but, after visiting the store yesterday and seeing the incompetence of the staff - I choose not to have the doubt anymore.Once came in here and as I was drinking my drink - I had a longgggg strand of hair in my straw. It's always DISGUSTING in here. Please learn from my mistakes and stop visiting this store.((please joe I dont care for your robotic response with an email @ care for support, would appreciate a human response)) too much money wasted here.

Love this Joe and the juice I go there at least once a week with my friends always supper clean and have a nice accessible bathroom, this location never disappoints and I love the chocolate muffin!
