Matcha is terrible and disgusting. For $8 i would have expected hand whisked matcha at minimum but they squirt some green juice into the cup and call it matcha. Such a disgrace to other cafes that actually make a good cup of Matcha. This is ridiculous and I can't believe this was $8. It also tasted like water with absolutely no matcha flavor. I would advise you to stay FARRRRRRRR AWAY from any matcha drinks here.
their smoothies were good, but expensive. The tunacado is good too. everything else, is a joke.

Went here today in the early evening and they don't know what they are doing here. I pointed out that they upcharged me for swapping for plant protein and the reason I know is because a senior worker at a different location noticed the error committed by the newer person and refunded the order and charged me the correct the amount. Completely unprovoked may I add, I was ready to pay the extra charge had the senior worker not fixed it. I know it's rough out there, but there is no need for the woman working there to get her ego hurt and have an attitude. It's really not that serious. I was not being rude and ended up having to walk away to avoid catching her attitude and not escalate the situation since she seemed ready to escalate. Extremely unprofessional.

I was for the first time in, the service was terrible I ordered small americano and she charged me for a large one and the order wasn't how I ordered. Their mood was like they wanted to slap me. Never here again 😞

The employees gave each other a weird smile after I ordered a green sport. The drink was done within a few seconds. The juice didn't seem freshly pressed and was very foamy and watered down. Now I'm having terrible stomach issues.

Ordered 1 sandwich and it took 25 mins the cashier was on FaceTime with someone and the other two workers would stop working and listen to other conversations instead of fulfilling customer orders

I stopped by this Joe & The Juice location near Hunter College for the first time and got a Tunacado—absolutely delicious! The bread was perfectly crispy, and the flavors were fresh and well-balanced. The service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a bite between classes. Definitely coming back for more!
Came in around 6:45pm and tried to order an acai bowl. The two girls working already looked mad that I even came in. Not sure if the person that took my order was lying but she said they didn’t have any acai. Seemed like they just didn’t want to make it. I ordered a juice and before I left the other girl said “That’s the last one. We’re closing.” Even though closing time was 8pm.
