I stopped by this Joe & The Juice location near Hunter College for the first time and got a Tunacado—absolutely delicious! The bread was perfectly crispy, and the flavors were fresh and well-balanced. The service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a bite between classes. Definitely coming back for more!

Came in around 6:45pm and tried to order an acai bowl. The two girls working already looked mad that I even came in. Not sure if the person that took my order was lying but she said they didn’t have any acai. Seemed like they just didn’t want to make it. I ordered a juice and before I left the other girl said “That’s the last one. We’re closing.” Even though closing time was 8pm.

For the first time i felt that , the stuff is really confusing! I asked to pay cash! Then they tap as card! I repeat ?, Cash, then they realize that, heheh , ? embarrassing, they don’t have a change, so i paid extra! I was there with friends, so it’s okay for me, the place is good, allowing pets, the coffee is good, but I think some of the stuff needs more training.
I placed an order on their website. The order was never delivered. Impossible to call them, you have to send an email. After sending dozens of emails over three weeks, no response at all: no refund and no order. Shame. Will never buy from them again —- Edit: so Joe & Juice here is asking me to reach out to them to make things right. Why don’t you just reply to my emails ?

Hope there is a zero star option. I placed an order through DoorDash. When I go to pick up, the staff first told me it is a delivery order and I showed them the pick up email, he change his statement that some one already picked up and not able to redo for me with very bad attitude. When I contact DoorDash, DoorDash said the order was not complete because missing ingredient . Not sure who lied, but very bad experience.
