I had the pleasure of coming to Joe and the Juice today for the first time after passing it so many times on my way to work. I had the Joe’s Club and Ginger shot which was really good. My cashier Jacob was great. He welcomed me with a friendly greeting upon entry. When I told him I was a first time customer he took the time to explain and show me how to sign up for rewards thru the app. Overall great experience, warm and friendly staff. I will definitely come back!!

Upper E Side Neighbor

Understaffed for so many clients in person and online, long wait, employee #1 with terrible cold, coughing, no mask, taking care of our food, and employee #2 making unbearable noise to mop the floor, and then no toilet paper/ paper towels in the restroom because, of course, these 2 baristas are too busy to even listen to you. Joe & The Juice is a multinational corporation making millions. Can't they afford sufficient staff and a Health and Safety training? NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Can't use the bathroom unless you buy something. I take my daughter here every day after school for an overpriced smoothy. Today, while waiting for her, I asked the guy behind the counter if I could use the bathroom - he said no, not unless I buy something. No more after-school smoothies for us.

This place is understaffed, they tend to have one worker behind the counter making loads of drinks and sandwiches. I suggest either ordering it on uber eats or if you do plan on stopping by the location, expect a 20 min + wait time. The food is good, it's a Joe and the Juice.. slightly overpriced but worth it. It's honestly just the wait that's a concern at this location, but other than that it's nice to sit inside if you have the time.

Now, why would the chef think it’s okay to serve me this old avocado for the tunacado? I ate the sandwich but took out the avocado. I think it would have been best not to serve this avocado at all.

Smoothie was very bad, not the usual Joe. It was very icy and lack of flavor. I am a long customer of Joe and the juice and this smoothie was unfortunately badly prepared.
