Horrible service and gross smoothies. This location needs a quality control. The staff is not welcoming and the are serving items with poor preparation and presentation.
Nice and chill place. The Ironman juice was the best!

This place is an ecological digrace. They have reusable cups but wont serve me in them.

overnight oats were soupy. i asked politely for my sandwich to be cut in half so i could share it, and they just stared at me. they seemed really mad at me. like….put the big knife out on the table if you want me to do it myself then???? there was also a big bug crawling on the wall. smh

Unfortunately, this location suffers from prioritizing online orders, meaning if you order in person, you’ll be waiting for your $17 juice for a shockingly slow 25+ minutes.
Really nice place with amazing staff. Good coffee. I recommend it.

Didn’t have any food as I’m catching a flight at 7pm tomorrow night and I doubt they’d have it ready in time. Shockingly slow. 20 minute wait for a shake with only 8 other people in the shop.

I waited 25 minutes for a Chai Latte that tasted like water.
The juicers don't look you in the eye or acknowledge you when you order, they rush you, and then make you wait 25 minutes for a drink. I would totally understand if it was busy, but they had 2 orders in front of me, with 2 people working. I have worked in Joe before in Europe and if someone, I know how stressful it can be if it's busy and I know how efficiently you can make 2 orders, but the juicers just chatted the whole time without lifting a finger. Such a shame, Joe is such a cool place, but maybe not in New York.

My mum and I went here since the photos of the food looked amazing. When picking up our food the bowls were not even half way filled for the either of us, it is clear they focus more on presentation and not on quantity. Additionally, for the size they took way longer than they should have and none of the staff were very friendly. I had the yogurt bowl and added banana for $7.80 which is not worth what I ate. We went to the store on 1350 6th avenue.

The worst location of all. The chicken at this location is not fresh, it is the third time when I just couldn’t eat my sandwich. And I don’t want to argue with the stuff so I just throw it away each time. The other time I was actually scared because the chicken tasted really funny, but no food poisoning, luckily.
I always get joe and the juice, other locations didn’t have that issue.

I ordered the Unicorn Tears with Plant Protein. They delivered it with Whey protein leading to a terrible allergic reaction. On top of the sloppy service and medical issues, the tables were dirty, customers were taking up space with their shopping bags.
Dietary restrictions: Don't risk it.

Good coffe and pastries, barhroom a little bit dark. 2 coffe + 2 croissants : 24USD.
I first tried the acai bowl from Broadway Columbus circle location and really liked it so got it again at this park avenue location and was so disappointed that it was only half filled. Saw that another person also left a bad review bc of half filled acai bowl. Will never go to this location again. If you’re going to charge $14.70 for an acai bowl, at least don’t make it only half bowl.
