The worst location of all. The chicken at this location is not fresh, it is the third time when I just couldn’t eat my sandwich. And I don’t want to argue with the stuff so I just throw it away each time. The other time I was actually scared because the chicken tasted really funny, but no food poisoning, luckily.
I always get joe and the juice, other locations didn’t have that issue.

I ordered the Unicorn Tears with Plant Protein. They delivered it with Whey protein leading to a terrible allergic reaction. On top of the sloppy service and medical issues, the tables were dirty, customers were taking up space with their shopping bags.

I first tried the acai bowl from Broadway Columbus circle location and really liked it so got it again at this park avenue location and was so disappointed that it was only half filled. Saw that another person also left a bad review bc of half filled acai bowl. Will never go to this location again. If you’re going to charge $14.70 for an acai bowl, at least don’t make it only half bowl.

The American Joe and the Juices are TERRIBLE QUALITY. The stores in Europe have way more fruit blended in. Basically all the American Joe and the Juices are watery sugar and so overpriced.

I usually come here from time to time since I work near by. I come in for a sandwich and a coffee usually both of which are good. The coffee especially, one of their baristas makes the prettiest latte art and I love seeing it! shout out to Mickey for that. The staff is helpful with any problems or accommodations I’ve had, I’ve only ever had very minor issues which are rare at that. This location gets surprisingly busy for how small it is and I’ve waited for a good while for my order before if I happened to come in during their rush time (not that I’m blaming the employees for this, this isn’t their fault). The workers here do a good job of getting orders out quickly from my experience despite the amount of people i see ordering before and after me and the amount of receipts I’ve seen pile up on them. I have more complaints about the customers that I sit next to here than the employees serving my food.

I recently tried the Big Matcha Energy protein shake, and it was a huge letdown. The flavor was incredibly bland, almost like water. I couldn't taste any hint of matcha or even the strawberries I added. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering this again. Can’t believe such item costs around $14

Disgusting attitude from all your staff you talked to them they don’t answer , you wait at the counter ( and the place wasn’t busy at all) they all look like they don’t wanna be bothered !!! Please change all your staff in NYC joe and the juice evry time I come to any the employees are just HORRIBLE AND SO RUDE !!!!! This bad experience again happened in park ave please change the whole team !!!

Always a good spot to grab a good, healthy sandwich (they have GF, too!) and a healthy shake or juice. They have a few locations, and it's always fresh and delicious.
I ordered four things - carrot cake, and they served me banana bread - pick me up, they served me a different juice - spicy tuna, and they couldn’t tell me if the sandwich I got was the right one. They forgot the bottle of water.4 out of 4 items wrong. Manager is useless and rude. “I appreciate your feedback” while turning his back…Joe and the Juice - Dump this team. Idiots, including the manager.
