The team at J&TJ provided a warm and energetic welcome this morning (02/02/2024). Javier, in particular, was calm and attentive while assisting me in selecting the perfect juice. I chose the Joe's GM and a club sandwich, both of which were excellent. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean, and the customer service exceeded expectations. Love the quality of the food here but the service is just too slow — they’re super understaffed. I work near here but almost half the time I end up leaving the line, or if I’m in a rush, I bypass altogether. If management hired a few more employees it’d be stellar!
The matcha latte could be better. They also don’t offer whole milk as a regular milk option, only 2%, which is as Ron Swanson accurately describes it, water that is lying about being milk. The music playlist is pretty good, but the volume could be turned down a bit. I could still hear and feel the music they were playing with my noise cancelling headphones turned up to 100%.
