I had a very disappointing experience at Joy and Juice. When I asked for the bathroom password, I was told it was āout of service.ā But shortly after, another customer asked and they gave him the PIN.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and a juice, which came to $60 ā way overpriced for the quality. My sandwich was left sitting on the counter without anyone calling my name, so by the time I found it, it was already cold and tasted terrible. The bananas they used for the juice were already black, which made it taste unpleasant.
When I mentioned the poor service, the staff just said āOKā and didnāt care at all. Overall, the food, prices, and customer service were very disappointing. I definitely wouldnāt recommend this place.

It became my daily habit to come and order a steak sandwich (highly recommend) with an iced vanilla matcha latte today but most times had ordered the iced vanilla latte. Every single visit was worth it. The staff are wonderful & always friendly.

I stopped by here while visiting the city and got a green shield juice and Banana bread. The Banana bread was moist and tasty but it was just two bites or a mout full. The juice tasted like green water and even though it supposedly has ginger I couldn't taste it. It was lacking that rich substance you would normall get from a good juice. I found price to be quite expensive as well. 16 oz Juice was $12.60 and a tiny banana bread 4.60. Total $18.73 with tax.

Iād never been to a Joe & the Juice before and went to this location. The staff was friendly, but after ordering, I waited 6 minutes and saw two employees taking orders but not actually making drinks. When I asked for a refund, they quickly started making mine, but by the time I got the receipt, they had already placed my drink on the table, which I didnāt take.
It was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If it was that easy to make my drink, why did it take 8-9 minutes? The place wasnāt even busy, and there were five cups with ice just sitting there while staff continued taking orders.
I donāt plan to go back to this place or any other Joe & the Juice location. Iām not looking for the usual āPlease reach out to our customer support team so we can better understand the situation and work towards a resolutionā responseāthis issue seems to be ongoing. I ended up walking to Starbucks and got my coffee in less than 4 minutes.

Expect Steep prices, establishment has plenty of space to sit and sip. We walked in as we strolled down the financial district. We needed a caffeine boost. Coffee was good. Overall, great experience.

Lovely staff, Gorgeous atmosphere, AMAZING BROWNIES, PHENOMENAL ICED VANILLA LATTE. Highly recommend this establishment if you are in Lower Manhattan, NY. (Especially if you like the colour pink!)

Horrible service and terrible coffee. Two ālargeā Americanos cost $10.23 ā and this is what they call a large size. (200ml?)
Also, we waited 15 minutes for two small coffees ā and there were only three customers and four staff at the time. The big girl who was at the drink station was incredibly unfriendly. With that kind of attitude, I honestly wouldnāt be surprised if it affected her job one day.
To top it off, an employee in uniform was sitting in the customer area with two drinks on the table. ???

Very efficient in service , I placed my lunch order maybe 30 minutes prior to 1pm and my order was ready on time and very yummy. I love that both of my carrot š„cakes were put into boxes with a utensil š“š¤øš½āāļøš©· so good I will definitely be going back.
