Horrible service!! I waited more than 15 min to order a sandwich because they were so disorganized ….the people there has no preparation to work there they were lost with all the orders
I had a terrible experience at this location! The service was painfully slow…
Lovely staff, Gorgeous atmosphere, AMAZING BROWNIES, PHENOMENAL ICED VANILLA LATTE. Highly recommend this establishment if you are in Lower Manhattan, NY. (Especially if you like the colour pink!)
5 stars force this juice bar 👌
I drunk the best juice in town, I took the herb tonic which was very delicious 😋
Horrible service and terrible coffee. Two “large” Americanos cost $10.23 — and this is what they call a large size. (200ml?)
Also, we waited 15 minutes for two small coffees — and there were only three customers and four staff at the time. The big girl who was at the drink station was incredibly unfriendly. With that kind of attitude, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it affected her job one day.
To top it off, an employee in uniform was sitting in the customer area with two drinks on the table. ???
I got the oats bowl with fruit and the portion was soooo tiny! & I know they know this, which is why they ask if you want to add bananas when you’re checking out. When I saw how small the portion was, I asked for a little more and the manager said “it only comes with 4 scoops- I’ll do this for you today, but next time we have to charge you; this is meant to be a snack…” lmao that was insane. The food was tasty, but the portions are small and the prices are exorbitant.
Nice atmosphere. Good service

I've been to many Joe and the Juice's and this location is by far the worst I've ever been to. The sandwich that was prepared for us was cold. The acai bowl was still completely frozen and you had to wait for it to thaw. So not freshly made. Long waiting times for poor quality. At 9:30 a.m. when we were there, they were out of regular cow's milk and we had to use oat milk for coffee. We were then charged extra for the oat milk. Overall, completely overpriced! No recommendation.

Would not recommend. Rotten avocado hidden in evocado bowl. They offer gfree bread with sandwiches but not with the egcado sandwich for some reason. Asked for a bowl with gfree bread on the side but couldn’t do that either even though they had the bread.
No better or jam available for the croissants we ordered. Not a good experience as staff were unresponsive and didn’t care to provide service, just follow rules.
Broken chairs, broken bathroom, and the expensiest milk ever

Stayed at the nearby Hyatt and shockingly, I found this to be the friendliest service I received from a food establishment in NYC. Healthy and tasty food and killer coffee drinks. But again, Adyen and the crew took care of my wife and I with exemplary service. So glad we had this spot for a quick bite to start the day.

The sandwiches are decent. The cashiers are often impolite at this location even with multiple visits. I do not recommend the brownie it was cold, rock hard and grainy. It was practically inedible. I hope this could be mended in the future.
