I've been to many Joe and the Juice's and this location is by far the worst I've ever been to. The sandwich that was prepared for us was cold. The acai bowl was still completely frozen and you had to wait for it to thaw. So not freshly made. Long waiting times for poor quality. At 9:30 a.m. when we were there, they were out of regular cow's milk and we had to use oat milk for coffee. We were then charged extra for the oat milk. Overall, completely overpriced! No recommendation.

Slow service, bland coffee. Space is at best decent.

Would not recommend. Rotten avocado hidden in evocado bowl. They offer gfree bread with sandwiches but not with the egcado sandwich for some reason. Asked for a bowl with gfree bread on the side but couldn’t do that either even though they had the bread.
No better or jam available for the croissants we ordered. Not a good experience as staff were unresponsive and didn’t care to provide service, just follow rules.
Broken chairs, broken bathroom, and the expensiest milk ever

Stayed at the nearby Hyatt and shockingly, I found this to be the friendliest service I received from a food establishment in NYC. Healthy and tasty food and killer coffee drinks. But again, Adyen and the crew took care of my wife and I with exemplary service. So glad we had this spot for a quick bite to start the day.

The sandwiches are decent. The cashiers are often impolite at this location even with multiple visits. I do not recommend the brownie it was cold, rock hard and grainy. It was practically inedible. I hope this could be mended in the future.

We were greeted by the lovely young worker who was welcoming and polite. It cost around $40 for a juice, açaí bowel and a croissant! The açaí bowel is one of the worst I have ever had. Sprinkled with cheap cereal, slightly brown bananas with the only options to add on (for a fee) being Kiwis or pineapple. I chose pineapples that were sour and unripe. I actually thought they were frozen they were so hard!
The juice was equally disappointing with more foam than juice. The music in there is way too loud for the morning unless you are clubbing! With so many great choices this is one to AVOID! Also if you like anything decaf you are out of luck. The lovely young lady apologetically said that a lot of people ask but they just don’t carry decaf! Just strange in 2024!

Went in for a banana apple juice with my girlfriend and we waited and waited. A girl who ordered after us got fed up and left and told a girl behind the counter she was leaving and forget it. This message doesn’t get relayed to the juicer so he spends 10 minutes making her drink and then is shocked she left. No one was refunded and everyone just seemed lost. What a scam.

I think they need to hire more people for the weekend. I was waiting for 40 minutes to get my order. Only one poor girl not-stop making sandwiches.
Skipped my order twice, the coordination among staff is pretty bad.
