This is our local Joe and Juice, we love grabbing a steak sandwich and a protein shake here after a good workout. While putting together a scavenger hunt for my Fiancé, I asked the staff (Gemini) if they could help me out by letting me prepay and handing my girl a clue when she said the code word. They were ecstatic! The staff went above and beyond and it really made my girl’s day. They included stickers and made the sandwiches with extra love for us. I ordered two sandwiches on June 27, when I went to pick up the order there was smoke and a burning smell, when I picked up the order I asked if it was my order that was burnt, the girl who worked there assured me that it was not mine, when I came home I discovered that the bread in the sandwich was just black and burnt, and there was not a single piece of steak inside, I had to throw everything away because it was impossible to eat I am very upset as I always loved this place until this day😡

Every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. $21 for a sandwich thinner than my patience and a drink. Then the sandwich has unripe avocados & is made incorrectly. There’s 5 people working and no line took 20 mins to get 3 orders done.

Extremely disappointed. I came in during my lunch break hoping for a quick and decent meal, only to find hair inside my sandwich. Not only is that completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint, but it also ruined my entire break. I expect basic cleanliness when dining anywhere, and this experience was far below standard. I won’t be returning.

So expensive! 25$ for very burned sandwich and strawberry power shake (powershake is tasty but again very expensive!) that I can make better at my home , 20 minutes waiting for my order and not cleaned tables, there was nowhere to seat except this dirty table.

Very odd interaction. I walked in and asked for cold tap water so the lady goes to the dishwasher where the water is unsanitary(source: health department) and it was also very warm, I asked if she could take it out of a different faucet the one thar is a handwashing one, and she refused and said she will just out ice in it to make it cold. Agian a health violation. Hot or warm water contains harmful bacteria.

I waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order, even though there was no one in line. The three baristas were too busy chatting to notice. On top of that, the music was way too loud and honestly not great to listen to, just some sort of tasteless pop music. (And I’m 22)

Came to this location on Saturday morning and a guy (really respectful) took our order and gave us a great service, also the food and coffee were great. However, we came on Sunday morning expecting same quality of items and service and it was nothing like it, the girl that made the order was rude and coffee did not taste as good as yesterday. I’ve been to many of the stores but today was not a good experience

Laziz was very kind and made perfect ginger shots. It was so nice to come into a store after running around all day and have someone be thoughtful and deliver a drink with perfect consistency, sweetness, ginger kick, and flavor. I’ll be definitely be back because of his customer service and the quality of the drink.

When I ordered their ‘fresh juice - Stress Down,’ I was disappointed to find it was 85% ice, with the juice of only three strawberries and a lot of syrup. How can they advertise it as ‘healthy’ when it’s mostly water and processed sugar? To make matters worse, it was more like a slushie than a juice—especially disappointing on a cold day.

Excellent Avocado sandwich, very nice atmosphere. For a fairly cold day, the heating allowed you to take off your jacket and not suffer when you returned to the street. Nice location to go to Battery Park

Smoothies looked good. Dont come for coffee or food though. Small portions and the food sucks. Also immediately put a tip on and didn’t let me select. Wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately. Please clarify that an eggcado is not hot. It’s an egg salad. And please clarify that your sizes for coffees.
