Update: definitely, the staff are amazing. Being deaf, sometimes I don’t notice when my order is ready and they just bring it to my table. Everyone is friendly and my coworkers and I love to hang out here before work.

Ordered an iced dirty chai latte and the Serrano ham sandwich- both were DELICIOUS. Maya at the counter is a gem, love this spot

I ordered 1 x medium Macha latter and 1 x regular latte and the lady gave me 8oz regular latter and 16oz Macha latte which was supposed to be 12 oz each. Also, I saw the staffs rejected some customers by saying them only take orders via app. In that sense, I am lucky since the lady took my order in person even though she forgot my order until I reminded her after waiting for 20 mins.

Good smoothie but terrible service at Lexington. It was crowded and the staff started calling my order as “Nido” which isnt even close to my name so i didn’t think it was mine. Finally she called out the order and took it and she slammed the smoothie on the counter rudely. I heard the joe and juice in lexington has the worst staff.

Lexington the worst service never visit that place anymore .they all have actitud.make me wait 30 min .l asked for my order the guy was very in respectful .not class.he said to me don’t come early in the morning to bring bad energy to this place.they all talking not take care the business. The pick me up (strawberry banana apple) smoothie was excellent and not too thick :). However the service was horrible and they had an attitude. They would also give each other looks when a customer would ask for something extra (happened twice while i was in here). Additionally they don’t welcome you in or say thank you or anything, I know it isn’t required but it would improve their service. I also had to wait 15 minutes for a simple smoothie and there was only someone else in line in front of me waiting (they got one thing as well)
Had such a blast. Was actually on my way to a different smoothie store & walked past this cute looking store.
The protein Shake was dellliiiicious and the people working there were super nice (i think his name was Michael Duthie and a colleague). They made sure everybody hat a great experience. Soooo will definetly come back. 11/10 for this one

Don't waste your time! Don't go there! You don't know if they will serve your food or not. The guy served to everybody else and not me for over 20 min. I had to cancel my order and he acted like he didn't know what was happening ?? until he realized he forgot my order. What a waste of time. Never again. If you guys don't want to offer service just say it and I would’ve gladly gone to another store.
