The two female employees (didn't get their names) were super nice, kind and cheerful, and they were playing great music. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich and everything was delicious.

Ignorant female staff member. I accidently ordered to this branch via the app. Walked eight blocks when it showed as ready. Juice still stuck on the blender unfinished. There was one seated customer. I was in a hurry , hence the pre order. Advised I’d be back as I needed to collect another item three blocks away. Returned and still not ready. I waited in line behind three other people. She acknowledged me. Made the other customers drinks as they ordered and told me she’d finish my order. I left empty handed and contacted customer service who refunded me. In the time it took to walk back eight blocks - to the preferred branch on 80th? / Lex were amazing as usual and saved the day. they were super busy. Greeted with a smile. I cash tipped - I had to ask where there tips box was (apparently it keeps getting stolen) so please remember to tip in the app or hand cash over to be put behind the counter.

A comfortable nook nestled in the heart of New York. They make amazing Power Shakes that really help you get through the day. It’s light, it’s sweet, and takes the edge off the hunger. Try it!
Update: definitely, the staff are amazing. Being deaf, sometimes I don’t notice when my order is ready and they just bring it to my table. Everyone is friendly and my coworkers and I love to hang out here before work.

Ordered an iced dirty chai latte and the Serrano ham sandwich- both were DELICIOUS. Maya at the counter is a gem, love this spot

I ordered 1 x medium Macha latter and 1 x regular latte and the lady gave me 8oz regular latter and 16oz Macha latte which was supposed to be 12 oz each. Also, I saw the staffs rejected some customers by saying them only take orders via app. In that sense, I am lucky since the lady took my order in person even though she forgot my order until I reminded her after waiting for 20 mins.

Good smoothie but terrible service at Lexington. It was crowded and the staff started calling my order as “Nido” which isnt even close to my name so i didn’t think it was mine. Finally she called out the order and took it and she slammed the smoothie on the counter rudely. I heard the joe and juice in lexington has the worst staff.

Lexington the worst service never visit that place anymore .they all have actitud.make me wait 30 min .l asked for my order the guy was very in respectful .not class.he said to me don’t come early in the morning to bring bad energy to this place.they all talking not take care the business.
