I love this franchise but the front door at this location is poorly designed. As I opened and tried entering, the door slammed against my glasses on my face. Looking out for my elderly and disabled people.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Service is horrible. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. The worker with the red tattoo on her neck and butterfly tattoo on her arm was very rude. I came in, ordered a sandwich and had to wait for TWENTY minutes. People came after me and still got their food earlier. When I got my sandwich, the bread was very cold, it was not even toasted, so I asked them to remake it. The worker had very sly remarks and was joking around with her coworkers about me. Very unprofessional.

Rambunctious, loud, disruptive service, literally screaming :-), seemingly in joyful endless banter amongst themselves, but causing chaos :-) and customers actually leaving early the place - and some leaving before ordering! Very strange. Even for a New Yorker :-). Otherwise I used to love the place. The same thing transpired here 2 weeks ago on Astirday around 4 pm, same time.

We were served 2x acai bowls, the contents of which was still frozen as well as a serrano sandwich that was ice cold. The food mirrored the ice cold interior of this establishment. Avoid.
Tuna looked spoiled. Other than that this review is for the staff today. Two young women, working there today were singing out loud to the songs, making moaning & yelling out sounds randomly. Disruptive, not enjoyable to sit down & eat. Really not surprised because Joe & the juice seems to have young workers, and no type of management to oversee. Unfortunate. The volume of people they get, this place will perhaps continue for sometime but the overall experience is lacking that would discourage me to come back (as this is not the first time here & I had a similar experience here a few days ago.

Ordered online at 11am for pick for my lunch break. Didnt get my order until 11:31pm. No one was calling out names or gave direction other than “is anyone waiting to order.” Meanwhile the pickup shelf was completely empty and no one bothered to help the few of us who were clearly standing there for far too long. I wont revisit again.

Food and drink are pretty good! BUT the staff this morning gave out unnecessary comment about costumers walking in right on opening time. The lady already had a smirk as we walked in. Not even a good morning greeting, that’s already a bad sign for costumers! If you say you open at 7AM, YOU SHOULD BE READY AND HAPPY TO SERVE BY 7AM! Bad Service takes away good taste from our mouth.
