I went to Joe's Coffee for the first time ever today. It's a coffee shop I always walked pass on my way to work not realizing how great tasting the coffee is.I'm so happy that I went to Joe's Coffee. The Barista was very pleasant and friendly. His Customer Service was top notch. I felt very comfortable being there. He made me feel like if I was an old friend. And that's what people need nowadays. That old fashion personal touch. That's what keeps people coming back. And business keeps thriving. I'm sorry I didn't get the Baristas name but he represents the company well. And he's makes a fantastic cup of Cappuccino! And a he's a talented Artist! Look at the heart he made in my cup! I will definitely be back every Saturday morning!If you need a great tasting cup of coffee with excellent Customer Service go to Joes Coffee! You'll be glad you did.☺️

Good drinks and very good wifi, and quiet. Good place to work. 4 stars because the barista was a bit rude - I sat down for less than 30 seconds and was looking at the menu, when she aggressively told me I must order a drink to sit at a table, which I was planning on doing .

Solid coffee. I drink black drip - so can't speak to any of their crafted beverages. Pleasant bold taste without bitterness or acidity.

The guy who makes the coffee in this location really needs to (1) get off his power trip and (2) use common sense. He had no problem allowing a patron to bring in her dog and wait inside a very small space with the animal while her beverage was being prepared. A minute later he kicked out a 9-month pregnant woman who was taking a bite of her snack while waiting for her beverage. Great attitude, dude. Dogs before pregnant women.
Great ambiance with COVID standards. First time at this location. Definitely worth it! Staff was friendly engaging.

The breakfast here is really good. But they also serve lunch. Staff is king and the service is good. Sadly no dine in but still the foods are great!

Should be 5 stars because the coffee is that amazing. The pastries are very good as well. The service is good only to an extent. That extent is when they feel like its ok to ask for a tip. YOU DO NOT ASK FOR A TIP!!!! THAT IS A BIG NO, NO!!!! After paying and not tipping because I was asked I then felt like my coffee might be compromised by how well it was made. This goes through my head and I know that I shouldn't even have these kinds of thoughts. But I do. Customer service needs improvement in this area. Wait for a tip based on the experience that you give to your customers. Give me the Wow factor that is deserved and I will do you the same based on that. Bottom line stop asking for a tip!
