Our first trip to NYC, and this was our first NYC coffee. Small and simple menu. Nothing too fancy. But the coffee was good, and service was efficient. We enjoyed it. It was in our top three NYC coffees probably.

The guy working today, thursday around 8pm or 9pm is rude, gave me attitude just for ordering. I work in customer service too and I get it, but bro needs to act straight. Looked goofy tryna act all bossy 😭😂😂

This Joe Coffee was tucked around near Track 11 / Greybar passage, so the best part avoids the big lines and rush in any other coffee shop. My large latte, 12 oz (which I'm glad the barista showed me for no surprises), was $6, which I'll usually make an exception for when time is precious and taste was good. Enjoy!

I was looking for a coffee that wasn’t commercial which is usually the case when it comes to landmark locations . I tried a few before finding this and it was great . The flat white was done perfectly and not overheated . My barista , an African American gentleman was extra sweet and friendly and he made me a perfect cup of coffee. Thanks to him unfortunately I didn’t get his name to mention but thanks again .

As an Australian the best coffee we have had in New York by far.

We had a server named Grace, 7/6 at 9am. She must have failed the Smile Academy. Life is not that bad, my millennial sweetheart. People ate dying all over the world and you're employed.
I ordered an iced latte, but it tasted terrible. They didn't use an espresso shot; instead, they used bottled coffee.
Great coffee, nice staff, good location.

This review is about the Joe Coffee Company stand, in Grand Central station itself near tracks 105-106. We had an expected good, flavoursome coffee and oat milk cappuccino here. Friendly staff. Can't go wrong for a quick starter of the day here.

I ordered a latte, and they asked me if I wanted a small or a large. The batista pointed to a large cup and it was the size of a standard small cup anywhere else in the world. The "large" was more than $6. This place actually makes Starbucks look like it's a good value.
