The cashier in the morning with glasses: SO rude. She has an attitude every time I come in. It's so weird because everyone else is so(!) nice. I'm not sure if she's the manager or what but it sucks. When I walked in I said good morning and she just stared at me. I love this place but someone should really talk with her about how she treats customers paying $7 for a latte.

Joe Coffee is such a gem — not only do they have the best coffee and pastries (seriously, the morning bar is a must!), but the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. My daughter Charlie works here, and I have to say, it feels like the perfect place for her — friendly, creative, and full of good energy. The staff is kind, the service is always top-notch, and you can tell everyone loves being here. Highly recommend! 💕☕️✨

Jonah's kind and warm smile was exactly what I needed on this dreadful weary day. He greeted me like an old friend as if we have travelled many lifetimes together. I appreciated his ability to guide me through the coffee menu as I struggle with a gluten allergy. We decided upon a half calf vanilla latte with half oat milk and half almond milk. It was just divine! He also complimented my sweater which was just the cherry on top of my wonderful experience because I just finished knitting it that very morning. Thank you Jonah! I will be returning to this establishment.
