Very rude and racist staff at the Dumbo location. Not sure if this is the case with other store locations.

Joe Coffee is wonderful and I’m a fan in general, but the quality control at this outpost is slipshod. Our lattes tasted almost burnt and were close to undrinkable. I would dearly love the Joe leadership to do a quality audit here, as I worry this location could damage the brand. I will continue to visit other Joe locations gladly - but not this one.

Ordered an iced latte with four shots but he poured the espresso out of a large jug from the fridge instead of the espresso machine. It tasted nothing like a latte — pretty sure he just gave me black coffee with milk.

The place is almost hidden, and you can’t really stay, as it’s in the hall of the ferry terminal, but the coffee is amazing !
