Tried the iced caramel macchiato. Not a fan. Service was also not the best. They were just trying to rush me. I told the lady i wanted oatmeal milk 2 times and i still had to correct her after seeing it rung up as almond milk. Didnt even apologize.

My order at every cafe is an iced chai latte and it’s been really difficult finding a cafe that makes chai the way I like it. It’s neither too sweet or too bitter! The atmosphere and baristas are really warm and welcoming too! I’ll definitely be back to study and order another chai :)

05/03/2024The reason for me giving a 1 star ? for sevice is because of the rude service I recived from the young lady at the counter, so I already paid for my coffee latte and i was standing there for over 10 minutes other people were coming in after and being served for peace sake I walk out and left my coffee that I paid for. And I visited there more than once and I was treated kindly .

OMG! I hadn't been to this place in about three years since I moved out of the neighbourhood. I was shocked at the changes I saw. It was empty whereas it was always crowded. The workers were terrible whereas it used be be staffed by upbeat, young hipsters who, although somewhat aloof, gave the place a certain air. Today, the service was more akin to McDonalds. And, wait for it - an iced latte costs $7! Really???

Stopped by with 4 family members while visiting the High Line today. The barista ( only employee on duty in the late afternoon) was pleasant and efficient; offering various milk options. Despite the crowd that came in after us, she managed to keep all the orders straight. She's definitely an asset to the company. The coffees were acceptable. Our issue was the pastries that were purchased- 2 chocolate croissants, a chocolate chip scone and cherry vanilla scone. The chocolate in the croissants was hard, like a chocolate bar and the scones were stale and cracker-like. It was a very disappointing and expensive visit. I'll be hesitant to try this brand in the future.

Absolutely frustrated with Joe's today! Got an email about their new fig balsamic latte and, excitedly, walked 15 minutes from my office. But guess what? Their staff had ZERO idea how to make it. Complete waste of my time. Joe's, train your baristas BEFORE you hype up a new drink!
Coffee is unique, very good roasted aroma
