I pop in most mornings to pick up a brew, and a visit to Joe's Chelsea is part of my routine thanks to the great service and friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Jacob, Richard and the team do a great job of creating a sense of community in the store, they know regulars orders, names, and what's going on in our worlds and make time to talk while always keeping the line moving efficiently. Jacob is the BEST manager at Joe coffee in chelsea! He always knows my order and makes it with a smile on his face. The coffee is delicious the atmosphere is clean and friendly. Great place to grab a quick coffee or hang and do work for a while!

The management team — Jakob and Richard — are exceptional with customer service. They set the tone for the entire shop, and the staff follow suit under their leadership. Everyone here is consistently friendly, attentive, and makes each visit genuinely enjoyable.

I do understand the New York City law about pets in food and drink establishments, but honestly, it feels like a ridiculous rule — especially for a place that serves coffee and pastries. This neighborhood...
