Staff is very kind! On the other hand the food is not very good--pizza and pasta seemed to be heated and not freshly made as they were moderately warm when they came out and we were only ones in the restaurant

Unfortunately, this place was a major letdown. The service did not meet even basic expectations, yet a mandatory 20% tip was added to the bill, which felt unreasonable and undeserved given the experience.
The overall pricing is excessive for what you get, and the value simply isn’t there. For the cost and the level of service provided, this restaurant is not worth it. I would not recommend it to anyone and won’t be returning.

Everything was great here. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating to some special food requests. Wine and drinks were good and food was delicious. Staff was super friendly. Will return when we come back.
Thoroughly enjoyed a pizza after a day in NYC. Our waiter was so friendly. We sat outside in the covered seating in the light rain, couldn't have been more enjoyable. Reminded me of Italy.

My husband and I went here the first night of our honeymoon. By far this was not only the best food from the whole trip but it was the best Italian food I have ever had. Highly recommend the Vodka Sauce Pasta and the Joe G’s Pizza. Still dreaming about the food we had.
Our server was also so sweet and had exceptional service.
Must go place in New York.
