kinda funny

Fried chicken itself was disappointing, definitely annoyed that I ordered 10pc combo but received 8 pcs and a lone piece of chicken skin. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

Average. Did not have all the varieties when I was there. Apparently, it was too early. But then why opening the store?

The food is much better for me VS El Jobito across the street. I'm surprised I don't have to pay more than $10 for most dishes, this depends on the amount taken out/eaten inside but I think it's reasonable. Not to mention nicer vegetables/salads too, when one needs a side dish.

I bought two beef Pattie's the other day, I tasted the rotten cheese they put on my Pattie's immediately threw away. Products should be checked. Make sure your product is good. I got the food a little too fast like it was rushed it wasn't people in here packed so I think it. Oils have been handled better lol

The fried chicken here is amazing! Absolutely amazing. Crispy and well seasoned. The fries tend to be under cooked though.

It was 130 am and I came to Inwood seeking merengue. Alas, one place had a merengue band that sounded excellent but apparently it was a private event because the doors were locked. Another place had too many lights for my liking, so walking down the street I see this place and among the dishes was this yellow rice which obviously got my interest. I'd passed this place last week, but I had no clue it sold Dominican delicacies 24/7! The container of yellow rice with peas and chicken breast served by a nice Dominican lady was $ 7 and a can of soda was $1. I was very pleasantly surprised and of course LOVED the classic bachata and merengue they were playing. They even gave a homeless dude that was very insistent some rice and chicken. Nice couple, good food, awesome music. Definitely will be back and try the 3 golpes Dominican breakfast but some guy even ordered it at 130 AM. I think I'll get that next.

I mean, it's alright. The fried chicken is $1 a piece but the pieces are kind of small. The chicken does have a unique flavor but you can really only taste the difference if you get it fresh. I also bought tried the plantains & they were ok but I was charged $1 for half a piece. It's ok, I'd go back.

Grease on top of grease. Went on a recommendation and sorry I did. Chicken had a strange taste, the fries we're also greasy and the rice tasted burnt. Save your $ go somewhere else.

So let me see, first of all I do not speak Spanish so unfortunately I wasn't able to order what I wanted. My girlfriend and I were cut on the line and had to ask the man to please allow us to order, as we're clearly it front of him. We step up to order and we're ignored. The woman walks past us, ignores me, then asks the man behind what he wants. He orders his regular, then tell her we were in front of him lol. So she comes back to me, and I say what I want which is THE SPECIAL ON THE DOOR!! I say it 4 times before she acknowledges my order!?!? God, the way she looked at me gave me nightmares, I'm sure she wanted to spit n my food but couldn't. In true fashion, we were charged $7 for the $5 special, oooh my god! You can't make this up, my skin and culture and speech is different, but my money is green. Store need to start putting up signs at the door that day clearly, we do not serve outsiders. If you do not speak Spanish, do not come in, go eat where the white people eat I guess. Just be honest, you don't want black or white people in your spot. The food was thrown in the trash happily by the way. Garbage staff equals garbage food! YUCK YUCK The face of a banshee

The service was ok could have been nicer to ask my dog and I to wait outside instead of saying it angrily. The chicken was good and crunchy, the Mac and cheese was extremely good. I loved the sweet potato fries but my friend mashed potatoes were too salty.
