I really enjoyed JoJo. What a beautiful restaurant. I love the ambience. The food was really good and the service was fabulous. I would say the only issue was that it was so loud. The table behind us was incredibly loud and I could barely hear my girlfriend sitting across from me.

First timers. Won't be last time Last minute trip @UES! Cozy enough for intimate BDay dinner with wife. Service was the best. Chicken entré was spectacular! Beets salad & Our drinks were perfect. Ketel Cosmo and I tried the olive oil infused martini! Ended up taking their carrot cake Bake to our hotel room.

The food & beverages were very good. The staff had been mostly attentive, but never brought our leftovers & by the time we left we had forgotten.
I don't like wasting food. Nothing can be done about that, but a partial credit of that entree seems reasonable.
Twice I messaged through the contact form & no one replied.
When I called, the general manager said she could not offer a partial credit.
I guess they couldn't afford the $20.

This is a steep decline from when this restaurant was revamped and reopened. The cocktails were brought warm. The duck in the burger were both burnt. The appetizers were pill comparisons to what they were when the restaurant reopened. This is the third trip for us where the quality has been completely out of line with the cost. We will not be back.

Fabulous, attentive service, delicious, innovative food that is super creative but not terrifying to eat. Everything was both special and spectacular.
Sooo disappointed. First the salad comes out. And there's plastic wrap mixed in with the leaves. Clearly the plastic bag the baby spinach comes in wasnt removed properly. Soo Sloppy! And then I made it clear we don't eat pork. I ordered the eggs. No bacon. Even reiterated when we were asked if we had allergies. I said yes. No pork. Sure enough. Eggs come out bacon pieces all mixed in. Just a terrible experience. And what's sad is that it's my second time. Two weekends in a row. First weekend. All was good. Place has good food. And a beautiful restaurant. But ZERO management. What a shame.
First of all, the food was outstanding. The flavor combinations and profiles were interesting and delicious. It was noisier than I expected, and sometimes it was difficult to hear my dinner companion who was sitting next to me.  I was a little disappointed that I had noted in the reservation that It was a special birthday occasion, and they didn't respond in any way to that. I also found the waiter to be a bit of obsequious, but he was attentive and mostly did the job very well. All in all, I would recommend the restaurant and go there again.

The waiters and staff were very kind and accommodating to us and our dog but the food was not great and all too salty and overpriced. But again, staff were beyond kind.

The food was delicious and very fair pricing for what your are getting. The service was excellent. They even added a special touch to our dessert for our anniversary. My only con as this was an anniversary dinner for us it was very loud but would come back again and again!
