Have been here a few times and have had mixed results. The ginger seitan has been odd and very chewy a couple times, but also great another time. Something is changing in their supply or cooking.
Most recently, I had bones in my Hot Chick banh mi and a piece of foil in the sandwich. Looks like the top to a sauce bottle or something. Had a hard time getting through the sandwich, the chicken was just really bad and had chunks of cartilage and bone throughout.

Amazing spot!!! We got the crunchy monster spring rolls with spicy sweet n sour sauce and the beef bulgogi sandwich. The beef flavor is insane. Highly recommend!!!

Perfection ❤️ I grabbed the carmel pork banh mi and a Thai iced tea, both of which were so flavorful. A good balance of pork to veggies, though I do wish there was a touch more cilantro.
Ordered the Joju bowl to go and it def hit the spot. Super tasty and only waited a few minutes before it was ready. Will definitely be back!

Really amazing food! We ordered Caramel Pork Banh Mi, Beef Bulgogi Bowl, and Kimchi Fries. Fantastic flavors and it just hit the spot after walking all over NYC. I ate the bowl before taking a picture because I could not wait. It just smelled so good. The spicy mayo sauce is so addictive and the fries were crispy and delicious. It's a small shop so there may not be enough space to sit if it's busy. But I would 100% be back the next time I'm in the city.
