Tried it for the first time. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was actually pretty good. I just don’t understand why it’s eaten with gravy. The fries were quite disappointing. They were too dried and not crispy enough.

Never had the chicken from this location before, and it was a nice change of pace from other chicken-based chains.
This is NYC, so the place was crowded, mostly with tourists who wait to get to the register before they start the 15 min. task of deciding what to order.
If you can make up your mind in line, the staff seem to appreciate that, and overall they seemed nice and moving quickly to try to deal with all the orders they had to fill.
Food, to me, was better than Cain's or other chicken places, especially the sides...they didn't taste like injection-molded plastic, gravy was nice, chicken was tasty and nothing was over salted.
Overall worth a try to see if you like it and need a quick meal to fill you up as you're wandering around the city.

My coworkers and I picked up food from here for lunch. They missed a whole order for us and we asked more than twice to the lady packaging our order if everything is there since we ordered 4 things. She kept saying yes and brushing us off. We got to the office and lo and behold a whole order missing. Food wasn't even worth it because it was cold and they skimped on the spaghetti sauce so it was 95% noodles and 5% sauce. Chicken skin was not crispy and none of us finished our food. You're better off with Jollibee in Times Square. No good here. My coworker who ordered from here last week said the same thing. She did not enjoy the food at all here either.

I regularly come in before work on the weekends for the 2 piece deal with pie and a drink. For tonight, however, for my side, I upped it to adobo rice and poured the gravy over it. Better with white rice (TBPH). Chicken with honey, and this time ube pie. I come because the crew is pretty cool. Cool and responsive. Keep up the great work.

Very bad experience. The service was terrible. The cashier named **Ming** kept asking the same question about our order five times. We ordered **two chicken sandwich and pie combo meals** and clearly said it was **to stay**, but they still packed everything **to go**.
My phone battery was at 1%, and I politely asked if I could **charge it for just a few minutes** (I had my own charger). The **manager (a woman wearing a hijab)** was extremely rude and refused to help in a very unprofessional way.
Then we noticed our order was **missing the pie** that was supposed to be included in the combo. When I went to ask, the manager started arguing, saying it was a “different combo.” That doesn’t make sense, because we repeated our order several times, and the cashier even asked us **twice which pie we wanted**. Instead of fixing their mistake, the manager just said “it’s a misunderstanding” and made a big scene over **$3** that I had already paid.
On top of that, the **food was terrible**, and the **place smelled really bad**.
It was my **first and last time** visiting this location.
**Please take action** — this kind of service is unacceptable.
I do **not recommend** this place to anyone.

The kasteye chicken is drowning in sugary bbq sauce it’s disgusting and there’s nothing Korean about it. Yuck I threw most of it away.

Just got an ordered delivered from this location. They missed a few items from my order and no one is answering the phone. Bad customer service. Missing my Jolly Spaghetti and tender sauce.
The chicken and service were great….would love if the sides tasted more home made.

Good food, cheap-ish for Manhattan. The only issue is that they are always crowded to the point it's hard to find any seats. Worth the wait for one though.
