This place was horrible
Compare to other places I have eaten. I was shock on how the food taste compare to other jolibee. They take no pride in their food. It was all about the qualities not quality.

Finally got a chance to try out this location. My 2nd time feasting on Jollibee’s.

A bite of the chicken dipped in gravy and I can understand the joy involved. YES YES & YES…

The chicken is not overly fried, the meat is juicy & succulent. The spicy 🌶️ flavor is up there. It’s chicken on another level. 👍👍

PROS:
1) great flavor & texture
2) gravy makes it better
3) the biscuit is buttery delicious
4) fast service

CONS:
1) a bit pricier than its peers, $17.41 for a 3 piece combo.
2) the mash potato side is a bit small
3) venue has limited seating

They forgot my mac cheese that I order today. Also I called the store and no one is not picking up the phone.

When we ordered take out, me and my mother ordered the 6 piece bucket that is half spicy and half regular with the sides of spaghetti and 2 coconut dream freeze and others. When they called our order, we thought that we had everything in there and so me and my mother left the restaurant and headed to the bus terminal to go back home. Then when we were inside bus, my mom suddenly realized that the drinks we ordered and payed for was not in there, and mind you, my mom is kindhearted and before leaving the restaurant, she waved at the employees and said thank you. They mostly knew that we didn’t have our drinks and didn’t say a word about it. If they would have said something, then that would be a different story. But that’s not the only reason why I’m giving them 1 star for service, it’s because of the employees unprofessional behavior. When they call your name, they should not separate the food and just give you the whole order at once. And if the order is not finished, they shouldn’t say that your order is ready. They like separating the drinks and the main meal, I do not know why they do this but this is not a good way to serve food and I am positive that multiple people had experienced the same thing me and my mom did. This is unacceptable. The food and atmosphere is great but the service needs to change!!

Love Jollibee, but this store wasn’t the best experience. My order took almost 30 minutes. When I asked for my chicken tenders, they told me it was not done. It was going to be 20 minutes. They should have told me when I did order I would order something else. When I did mention why my order was so long, the lady caught attitude with me. They need to be more kind to paying customers.

The fried chicken coating is too thick and there is too much chicken skin.

Love Jollibee, but this branch wasn’t the best experience. Our order took almost 40 minutes, even though we were told the Chickenjoy would take around 20 minutes to prepare. The front seating was full, so we tried sitting in the back but were stopped by an employee, who said dining was closed—despite being asked if our order was for dine-in or takeout. Thankfully, they let us stay, but the wait time and seating issue were frustrating. Hoping for better service next time.

The food man, major upset. I grew up with the original Woodside location where the food is actually warm/hot and good, this food at this location is a scam. Literally 20 bucks for my meal, gave this another shot at this location, old food again and straight trash, why? Why pay 20 dollars for your food and this was today 2/12/2025 not to busy at the time but old stale food from the chickenjoy to the gravy being luke warm to the rice being old, disgusting and major disappointment. Now I am forever turned off by jollibee it’s sad I will never be a customer ever again even my old Woodside location. Such a shame.

Service here is terrible. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and were not working as an efficient unit.

The employees here are very rude. They do not answer the phone and when they do, they hung up on you. Very poor customer service.

Visited Christmas day this Times Square location was slammed busy. Staff was right on top of it. Standing room only! Chaotic but fun! Food out in less than 15 min. Good gravy and great Christmas music! Well done Jollibee!

Great restaurant. Pineapple Quencher and Peach Mango Pie were good, and the spaghetti was delicious. The classic chicken sandwich could've been more flavorful and the fries needed salt.

The food is good but the service is really slow and they ask you to stay close to the counter to know when your food is ready. I would have appreciated to have the vibrating device that is in front of the cashier.
