Absolutely horrible. From the customer service to the mashed potatoes that had so many lumps in it is was inedible. The cold chicken and fries. Would never again eat here. I never complain. Ever. But this was the worst food I’ve ever paid money for. And to top the customer service was even worse. Worked in customer service for over 25 years and the customer is not always right. But this time it was. And in my 52 years I’ve never asked for a refund of my money. Ever. This place is absolutely trash. It’s was 35$ worth of food I wouldn’t feed my dog.

Me and my girlfriend had Jollibee while visiting NYC this past month. We had 2 spicy chicken sandwhich meals, with an order of the Mac and cheese and 2pc biscuits on the side. Our order was done within 6 minutes. The food tasted awesome! The only thing I wish is that the fries had more salt on them. The resturant was very clean and well maintained. However there is very limited seating inside. Luckily we got a seat, but many people either took there food to go, or ate while standing. I would go here again.

Despite being located right in the heart of Times Square, this Jollibee excelled in terms of the food. I was pleasantly surprised as it may have even been tastier than other Jollibee’s I’ve been to. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a nice little kick to it (we ordered spicy). It does get very busy and tricky to find seating, but there are also a few more tables in the back. There is a bathroom (accessible via receipt code) as well as a separate sink with soap right outside it if you just need to wash your hands.

Chicken was juicy and tender compared to other fast food places. The spicy ones were good and go well with the gravy. The pies were a little too sweet but not bad. Next time I wanna try the aloha burger, can’t wait to go again.

Service was quick, and the staff were nice and reapectful. They made a mistake, but quickly fixed it. The overall facility was clean, and tidy. The food was delicious, it was served warm. Everything was up to my standard. Overall a delightful experience.

Jollibee has great chicken and it is very flavorful and tasty, the gravy is #1. Definitely recommend this spot.
A little bit of a wait ,but well worth it as it was cooked fresh. Had the spicy chicken burger meal, the chicken was huge and succulent. frys hot and crispy, along with the pineapple juice, which is amazing. so good we went twice during our visit to New York.
