Food was ok. Price reasonable. Service was 9 out 10 because I didn't get napkins. I go back to the register and asked for themto the manager. I waited for about 5 mins and I didn't get them So I just left . I recognize it was busy place. Maybe just put some napkins box in the counter. So it's accessible for costumers.. or hire one more person to be at the counter and help out.

Despite how busy Times Square always is, the service here is surprisingly prompt. New York City isn’t exactly known for being spotless, so I didn’t expect anything different—but Jollibee stands out. The place is well-kept and organized, with a Manang who clearly makes sure everything stays in order. Kudos to everyone working there who deapite looking tired, still chose to serve.

The biggest highlight? The Chickenjoy. It’s noticeably tastier here compared to other Jollibee locations—extra crispy, juicy, and just better overall. Definitely worth stopping by, even in the middle of the Times Square chaos.

I’ve never been here & visiting from out of town. Came to eat but it was packed, Ms Kathy saw we were standing and got us a table for 2!! She was very attentive & made sure we were comfortable. She’s a five star employee & I hope she gets recognized for her great work & hospitality!

Used to be good - now has terrible customer service.

We ordered delivery - mashed potatoes didnt come. We called. They promised free mashed potatoes in our next order.

We ordered again. Called to confirm free mashed potatoes would be added to our delivery order. They were missing again. Store promised us a refund. Refund has still not come despite us following up and the store continuing to say they will process a refund.

While the mashed potatoes were a minor issue. The lack of customer service is concerning. The last time I called, the person who picked up said theyre closed even though they were not. When someone finally answered on a subsequent call, they said their supervisor was busy and would give us a call back. Still have not heard back

I order take out for 7 people : 12 chicken, 4 rice, 1 spagethi, 1 mashed potatoes and gravy and you gave me only 1 paoer bag to carry all of that??? I fell while carrying the food and have to deal with so many people in Times Square area then all the food thrown all over the street. Can you please at least think how to pack your food well with the load and the capacity of your brown bag? You have caused me so much pain to my kneea and lost of money because of food got thrown away??? Damned it.

I placed my order on my phone and selected the option for “half spicy, half original.” It wasn’t something I typed in myself — it was an official option in the system. And yet, when we opened the box, it was completely wrong.
Honestly, I don’t even blame the front staff. They were clearly overwhelmed — the place was extremely busy, and they barely had a second to respond to customers because they were working nonstop. What really makes me angry is the management. When the store is that busy, the owner should schedule enough people to handle the workload. It’s simply not humane to leave the staff drowning like that, and it leads directly to mistakes like this.

Would have given this location 5 stars, even with a 30 min wait for food, but the lady packing my food was so rude! Her name is Pilar and I will be calling tomorrow to make a complaint. She has colored blonde long hair. I don’t understand why I got gravy and not mash potato.

The worst jollibee ever. The crews are not well trained. I order a drink guava tea, then someone hand it to the claiming area and the crew who's assign to give it to the customer don't know what drink is it. And just smelled it before hand it to me. So unhygienic procedure.
