Chicken was fried very crispy.
Chicken has no seasoning what so ever.
Over priced. Give you gravy to cover up that the chicken has no flavor and very bland. I would Never go back

Everything is sold out, don’t know how that’s possible but yeah they had nothing to offer. Please shut down.

It's such a tiny place not ideal for dining-in. It's in overcrowded location, thus they cannot accommodate much customers.
The spaghetti doesn't taste as good as the las vegas NV outlet, and not even close to the classic pinoy flavor.

Says here they close at 1am but we got there at 7pm and they’re already closed.
If you're in the mood for a fun and delicious meal, Jollibee at Times Square is a must-visit! The famous Chickenjoy is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making it a satisfying choice. Don't forget to try their spaghetti, which has a unique sweet sauce that's a hit with both kids and adults! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a casual dining experience with family or friends. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant visit. Overall, it's a delightful spot for comfort food with a Filipino twist. 🍗🍝

This restaurant delivers the whole package. The staff turn an ordinary place into something outstanding. Their food is expertly made without being expensive. The design elements complement each other. Don't hesitate to experience this place!

Disappointed with our visit to Jollibee. The chicken was just okay — not crispy or flavorful enough to justify the hype. We waited way too long for a frozen coconut drink that wasn't worth it. The spaghetti tasted very basic, and the adobo rice was bland and dry. Spent over $70 for a meal that felt more like fast food at premium prices. Definitely not worth the money.

Best fried chicken in the game, and a even better Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwhich
The lady who helps everyone, keeps the place clean is the best. I don’t know her name but she wears black hair cover under Jollibee cap and knows everything. You’re the best and deserves salary raise! Love!

crowded and terrible
Food took maybe 30 to 40 minutes. I know this is times square but they really weren't that busy at the time we were there. The chicken was alright and the spaghetti was alright aswell. Not worth the wait
