This is hands down the best place for gopchang I’ve ever been to. The intestines were perfectly grilled — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The dipping sauces were on point too. If you’re a fan of gopchang or just curious to try it, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Having visited Jongro Gopchang around 20 times, it's definitely time for a review. In my opinion, and having tried the other major gopchang spots in K-Town, this place consistently delivers the best, purely meaty flavor (if you prefer that over marinated options). It never misses for me. I usually get the combo (gopchang, makchang, daechang), but if you're new to gopchang, I recommend starting with the makchang/daechang as they aren't as much of an acquired taste.

Waited 30 min just to get sent to 2nd floor by the door hostess. The 2nd floor host was OK but the vibe was negative for me right away. The menu wasn't what I expected and the waiter was huffy when telling my group and I that we should've gone to the fifth floor for gopchang, like wut? First time here and we almost left but decided to go up anyways. Immediately greeted by the hosts and the mood was 180 changed. Got sat by the window. The view and experience was amazing....
